What i didn't like is that 101 hotel will nickle a d dime you to death: you don't get a blacket whic you'll need if you use th aircon, no mini refrigerator which is standard even in the cheapest hotels in the usa, they charge you for a bucket of ice which is also standard in the usa.
So long as you don't need ice or a thicker blacket, it's a good place.

All your staff are very courteous and polite.
I hope there will be another keycard for the guest once you have the room.
One thing more, I hope the breakfast buffet will have more food selection and I hope will be enough food for the other guest that comes down around 8am

I like everything except there's loud noise on the construction even at night and it bothers me, I cannot sleep the whole night and next day I bought an ear plugs and I was able to sleep the e mext night. But I understand an I saw a note on the elevator that they apologized for the inconvenience.

The location was perfect for my situation, the cost was very affordable and the staff were very helpful and courteous. However, the facilities need better maintenance.

The room that they gave me has mold in the bathroom. I was so tired from the flight that I didn’t bother to ask to change my room. The smell was so terrible, the following morning I asked them to transfer me to a room that has no mold.
One more thing, I had a wound discharge coming out on my left midlle finger as I packed my luggage. I asked politely if they could me give me band aids. They told me yes, I waited so lang and called the lobby many times but they didn’t answer me. What a really bad service.
Never I’ll book and stay in Eurotel. What a nightmare!

I’ve stayed here few times niw and I like it. Very accessible to everything. Just a little bit far from the airport but its not too bad in a taxi. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Firstly, let me say that customer service was good. Staff are very friendly and ready to help. However, the towels and linens are so old, they are dirty white. The linen was so thin and old that I am not sure if it was clean or dirty. I saw some hair strands on the linen and pillow case.
I had a shower and there was a massive leak in the room. The housekeeping assistant just gave me some towels to dry the floor as I was only staying for one night. I can also hear all the noises outside the room from conversations to footsteps. It was not a pleasant experience.

The room was clean with basic furnishing and amenities expected from a standard hotel. Most important part was the friendly and accommodating staff from the reception, housecleaning and the guards.

The room is very hot, the a.c is too small for the rooom, and its mqking anoyinging noise very hard to sleep and relax, the queen double bed keep on dividing into two since they only put to single bed at each other.

Not very good food options for a quarantine hotel. No windows especially when you’re locked in a room for 5 days. The toilet would constantly be plugged up even though I rarely used it.

Considering it's standard, I am very satisfied with my stay. Room is not bad for the rate and staff are courteous and easy to talk to.

MOLD EVERYWHERE, LED lights flashing while off called 3 times on 3 days so i had to disconnect it, no service as in towel exchange, window handle and screen missing so flies came in. I paid for the most expensive room and got the bad end of the deal. As i checked out not even a compensation almost had to beg for an appology.

Service is very Poor. Had to call 5x from 10 am to 6 pm to get someone clean our room. Towels and linens are very old and need to be replaced. Was promised 9 am breakfast but received at 9:30 only after we called. Room attendant insisting that we received breakfast already even if we hadn’t.

Place is quite but the room is so bright. Theres a window that i can suggest put curtain to avoid the light. The aircondition is not that cold. Then the bed, i thought its a queen size bed but the bed was twin bed that they put together to be a queen bed.

Room was disgusting.. and I don’t use that word lightly! Room had not been cleaned in why looked like a long time, the bathroom was not of this earth! Staff were ignorant, and the breakfast was not fit to be served to dogs... do yourself a favour and sleep outside, it’s cleaner
