Front desk person was not friendly instead of explaining property she ask as to read booklet in room

We went for the weekend with friends. I found the cost per night in the off season outrageous! We had the room with a king sized bed. No dresser no counter space for anything whatsoever!! The establishment is definitely in need of some upgrades.

It was a busy time . Parking was not always avail , Needed to park ion the street . Not an issue as the room wasn’t far from the street . We were able to bring the car closer by later mornings

Room and bathroom were very small plus internet was very slow and mostly not useable. Loved the large refriigerator, excellent beds and very clean.

Older style. Very clean and spacious room. Really appreciated the free towels to use at the hot springs. Had a key rig machine, mini fridge and microwave in room. Great location!

Check in staff is extremely friendly hotel easy to get to. It looks like a little Switzerland rooms are clean. Beds are comfy. Nice shower no complaints. There’s lots of outside seating patio areas. Close to shopping and restaurants are staying here again to drive back-and-forth for Banff national Park.

Property was nice and easy to find, parking is first come first serve but not a hassle! The staff is friendly and the motel is clean! Very central, my family and I were able to walk to plenty of restaurants and shops!
