The room was clean. The bathtub had all kinds of grime in it. There was hardly any water pressure from the shower. It was dribbling out of the shower head.
The beds were so soft that my back was hurting in the morning.
I will not stay at this hotel again.

Average hotel, beds were a little soft for me. Wanted a non smoking room and got a smoking one. Also, the sheets were damp from the AC being left on. YUCK

My husband and I have needed to stay at several hotels lately. We have been to some claiming to be really nice, and just aren’t what they claim. I have not been very happy with any of them. Fast forward to this stay, and I was very happy. It was clean, comfortable and nice. There is a space to lay out multiple suitcases or bags. The hand soap was actual pump hand soap. This is huge for me. I hate the bars of soap. The pillows were comfy and not flat. I usually find something not cleaned to my liking. Not this time. My husband and I will be back.

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and friendly. My only minor complaint was rooms ac was noisy and couldn’t adjust. My husband told them at checkout so it could be addressed. But would stay again

Super nice hotel. So many options for breakfast and really fresh omlets and pancakes. Even the kiddo had no complaints.
Had a problem with the booking, but Brandon at the front desk was able to sort it out for us and get us a room that had what we needed.
Only negative was the pool. The tiles around it are very slipery when wet and it was heavily chlorinated, but we arrived late and were happy that it was open until 10pm to get a quick dip in.

Very clean and modern look and feel. Everything look and felt new and fresh. Upscale feel to building and grounds, which carried over to the open breakfast area and into the rooms. Save and ample parking with a nice overflow area. Key point that the evening check-in and morning check-out staff were extremely friendly, even offering a complimentary water during my wait as training new staff. My room had a view overlooking a large nearby clean pond that had a pier.

Two days in a row all the hot food was gone as well as apple and cranberry juices. The business center printer did not work and caused me a lot of headaches because of that.

I chose to stay here because they stated they had a pool and spa. The pool was closed because of a pool light was inoperative and there was no spa. The spa was covered up with brick work.

The awesome desk clerks, Dawn and Gabby, were funny and helpful. They helped find my rewards number. Our room was clean and large. The water temperature was interesting. It was lukewarm at best when we checked in and a bit warmer in the morning but never was hot. The water pressure was OK. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a large selection of items that were all good and hot.

The staff is not friendly or helpful, the food was not good. Each time I was in the area of the front desk, they ignored me and talked to each other. No one there seems to like their jobs. There is something about the area I did not feel safe. I will never stay there again.

This place was a great surprise for $95. Very clean.The place smelled great when you walked in.Very clean.The biggest surprise was the breakfast.It had thick slice bacon we have never seen bacon at a hotel breakfast.🤗

We needed to stay in Junction City twice for several days. The Holiday Inn Express Staff there were wonderful and very accommodating to our needs and requested rooms! The Hotel and rooms were very nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable! We could not have asked for a better stay! We think this Hotel is the very best in the area, and would highly recommend it!
