First of all, there is no staff at this motel. Check in is through a person on a computer screen. My reservation was for a non-smoking room for 3 people. When we arrived, the man on the screen told me that the only room available was a smoking room. There were maybe about 20 people in the whole place, (most of us were going to the same conference) so how is it that we had the only room available. I tried to find room in another hotel and there wasn’t much available. When I let them know that we were staying, they blamed the app for giving us a smoking room. The sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable, The bathroom ceiling was disgusting and the shower head was crusty. I never saw one staff member/cleaning person there for the 3 days we were there. If I can help it, we will never stay there again.

Laundry facilities were out of order, ice machine was….missing completely, hallways (all of them) were absolutely dark. No lights at all. Room numbers were scotch taped on all doors,but, with no light near impossible to make out. The room locked behind us when we left and hotel maintenance broke in with a screw driver.

Strange to speak with staff through a kiosk! I guess it's for their safety? Basic room. 2 chairs, no table, had to stand to do computer work on top of the tall cabinet that contained the mini frig and microwave. Clean. Pets stay free which was the best!

we had problems getting out key to qork and after the third try they said someone would come help us . took them 30 min and it was so hot my wife almost had a heat stroke. the pool is not open as advertised. which was the main reason we chose the place. will never go again and might not use hotels.com again

It was an uneasy feeling being checked in with a kiosk. Doors to the outside were never locked even in the evening. The ice maker didn't worker nor was the pool in working condition. There was a definite smell as if someone was using drugs and the lighting in the hallway wasn't adequate.

Ants and flea like bugs in the room. Microwave in the room smelled like the last thing cooked in it. Multiple cigarette burn holes in the bedspread. Continental breakfast consisted of a pot of water and a pot of cold, old coffee. Pool closed, tarped over, no mention of that during the booking.

According to their listing on Expedia they have an outdoor pool. We were told that they have closed the pool down due to maintenance issues and are not planning on opening it again. That was the attraction for us. No ice machine on property. They were working on getting another one but it would be some time before it came in. Overall not the cleanest. There was cigarette burn holes in the sheets, our room had no side tables or furniture. Just two chairs and the fridge and microwave on the floor. There was no toiletries or soap and when we asked for some via the kiosk concierge, they said some would be up to our room shortly but no one ever came. Our towels were in a trash bag outside our door upon arrival. The hallways had no lights on so at night it was pitch dark. The rooms were labeled with masking tape on the door frames with the numbers written on in sharpie. As we went to leave we noticed large bugs crawling on the floor in our room and the hallway. Would not recommend.

Check in was done virtually. In fact I didn’t see a live employee the whole time I was there. Most of the lights were not working in the second floor hallway, so it was very dark. The hallway also stunk of weed. Our bed linens were stained and had burn holes in them. There’s nothing to do in Junctuon City, so we thought we’d do some laundry, but all of the laundry machines were out of order. The pool was out of order as well. Looking at other reviews, I’ll probably get a response to this review saying that they take my concerns seriously and will work to improve. Unfortunately, it’s obvious that these have been problems for quite a long time and nothing has been done.
