Great location, a few blocks from the beach and from Diagonal Mar mall. Room and bathroom are clean, modern and comfortable. My only constructive feedback is that they provide more training to the staff; they are uptight, too serious, sometimes do not even look you in the eye while talking to you.

Nice neighborhood. It’s away from heavy tourism but close to the L4 so that you’re just a few stops away to all the excitement. It’s also just a few stops to get to the beach.

The property itself for the price waa good. It is walking distance to the beach and train. So getting around thatbwaynis possible amd affordable. Staff was great at check in and always reafy to get a cab when needed. The staff at the poolside restaurant was amazing. I cannot complain. Inwill definitely consider stay here next time

The rooms were very clean, and cozy! The staff was incredibly polite, professional, and kind. The property is very close to transportation, making access to the city centre super easy and quick.

The property is close to the beach and a big mall so it was very convenient for shopping or walking around. The nearest train station is about a 10-15 minute walk away so it wasn't hard to get to the center. The hotel itself is quite modern and nicely decorated. They have fresh fruit-infused water every day at reception which is a nice touch. The room we got was a wheelchair accessible one so there was extra room. Some of the flooring was damaged but the rest of the room was in good condition. The bathroom was a little dark so an LED mirror would have been nice. The breakfast buffet was great! lots of variety and they even had sparkling wine to make your own mimosas. It was my partner's birthday one of the days of our stay, and one of the staff member, Steffy, arranged to have a dessert brought to our table and have happy birthday sung to him. It was a very sweet gesture. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well.

Nice hotel overall but Jessica in the reception first and foremost was amazing. She really went above and beyond with her service-mindedness and attitude and made my stay great.

Booked and requested double bed. Ended up with 2 singles. Booked and app said free drink on arrival, never received even when asked for. Really nice girl looking after the bar and restaurant (Kristina) I think. She made the place and the stay amazing.

Close to the beach and shopping mall

Very good room and service. Clean, comfortable, and location was convenient as not too close to tourist area and therefore not too busy or. Oily, while accessible by subway.

Good hotel with almost all I needed. The room was spacious and clean, in very good condition. The bar restaurant is nice and the breakfast very good for a good price. My only disappointment has been the Gym, it’s ridiculous. 3 machines with one out or order, 2 small weights, and nothing to clean after.

Nice hotel within reach to the metro in vibrant local area with big shopping mall in your door step , breakfast is ok but nothing wow , the hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Only down fall is the floors are wooden and when people above or next door walks you can here them a lot

Stayed here for 5 nights the rook very small there was a odd smell on the floor hall and the room smelled too pretty average hotel for the price offered would not recommend

really enjoyed my stay. staff where very friendly. food places about three minutes away. also both and Metro / tram services very close only about eight nine minutes away will definitely recommend. also about 12 minutes away from beach

It was a joke staying here, the staff has no communication with each other, when I was checking out, the lady insisted that I have to pay breakfast that I didn't eat, it was so funny, and then she charged me the water which we didn't drink either, in fact we returned the water to them the moment we found out those are not for free, but the lady insisted that we have to pay, and then she was asking me to pay the city tax, which I was OK with that, but she requested me to pay twice as she claimed that we have 2 people, I was OK with that again, problem is that my wife didn't use the room the first day, but they charged the city tax twice anyway, it was like 5 euros, not a big thing. but their attitude was just horrible. The room has strange smell all the time, The shower switch was broken and has a quirk sound when use. The outside is noisy the whole night, too many people talking loud outside, I had to wear ear plugs to fall into sleep. Room rate is high, I paied 160 euros a night, based on the condition I would only pay 80 eros. Overall a horrible experience here, I would not recommend to anyone.
