Nice comfortable room- heat/air good, bed & shower decent, nice indoor pool. Downside- There were three of us but only one coffee cup in room but not that big of a deal.

The room was great, bed was comfortable. The area was quiet. We just had an issue with the water pressure in the bath tub. Took a long time to fill it.

We’ve stayed at Jonathon Creek several times, we love it, the screened in porch overlooking the creek is awesome. Rooms very nice, comfortable beds, very clean! Friendly staff , I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Maggie Valley

Great place on the creek

First room given smelled like b o and or a cat litter box. Got another room that the toilet ran after flushing, sink was cracked, curtains were caked in dust , pillows were flat, linens and room decor was super outdated. Like 1970’s outdated. The whole motel could use a complete make over. We’re told to leave dirty towels outside on chair and new ones would be put on chairs on the balcony were it could easily rain on the fresh towels.

It was an amazingly tranquil site with the babbling brrook. Evening staff was a little snippy, but daytime staff was more than helpful. Just wish that the smoking area was not right outside the public area by the brook. rooms were a very generous size, but the towels definitely left some thing to be desired

When first started to check in found out we couldn't get the room that i had reserved then was put over in a corner we was there for 4 nights and never got room service had to take trash out and us shopping bags for trash will not stay there again

We are always pleased with our sray at Jonathan Creek Inn. It’s quiet….comfortable…peaceful ….beautiful…very nice property and maintained well. I do like the bottom rooms because I have trouble with steps. Great stay.

Floors, especially bathroom was dirty at arrival. Screened porch was dirty and the screen torn. Grounds were clean, pool was nice and the area was quiet.

Booked 2 rooms at this location for a 3 day stay in the area. Super friendly staff and great housekeeping. Just know no adjoining rooms or elevator. I would stay here again.

Nice place to stay in Maggie Valley

This is a perfect gem of a stay! Our double queen room was very quiet and clean, plus the A/C worked wonderfully during our hot July stay. We didn't book a creekside room, but that was OK because they have plenty of seating creekside to enjoy a book or take a nap. Lovely surroundings are steps away that feel like your private back yard. We will definitely return when hiking again in the area.

Easy check-in and very pleasant staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Joey's Pancake House located across the street and a brewery/restaurant next door. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay/trip. We will be back in future.

Took my senior father to see the motorcycle museum in Maggie Valley

We reserved a creekside room with a patio. I even called the day before to confirm that's what we were getting. The man at the desk sounded like I was a bother. I made it clear we wanted a clear view of the water. When we checked in we went to our room. It was an end room, it had no windows and no patio. No view of the creek unless we stood in the walkway outside our room. My husband went back to the office and explained the problem. They proceeded to be very difficult and talked to my husband in a way that was beyond rude but they finally gave us another room. The young woman at the desk turned to another woman and loudly said, 'Here, you handle him,' and stomped off. We had to climb yet once again another set of stairs. We opened the back door to go onto the deck patio. Well, as the office of course knew, we were facing the water, but a very large covered patio was directly in front of us and blocked the view. My husband had never fussed about the situation, he was just trying to explain. We'll never stay there again.

The creek side rooms are very nice

We love staying here. It’s so peaceful and very convenient for traveling the Great Smokey Mountains .

We have enjoyed staying at this convenient hotel in Maggie valley for several years. Its quaint, and listening to the babbling creek is a huge draw. Its a shame that the room is not restocked with towels and coffee when you stay multiple nights. Sure miss the days of good customer service in the hotel industry.

I book a room creek side on the second floor with a screened in porch. Absolutely the most relaxing place I have been too in awhile……never wanted to leave that porch!
