The staff were excellent. Clean and comfy rooms. Transportation was accesible. Fast registration and most important to me the front desk person spike English.

This is an excellent, clean, very spacious hotel near the new airport that's being built. Its 50km from the existing airport, and unless yr staying here for business nearby or one of the many Meetings/Incentive/Convention/Exhibitions they host, its a LONG way (allow an hour to the brewery at RMB 200 by taxi) into town. The food, especially in the Chinese restaurant and the breakfast in Feast, the lobby lounge are superb with a very wide selection. Both are strongly recommended. My only comment would be that very few (and almost none of the junior) staff spoke English (and equally, no, I don't speak their mother tongue), which I'd expect in an international hotel. ALL the staff (wait staff, concierges, reception and so on) have a translation app on their phones, so communication is not that difficult, but my (yes, foreign, monolingual) view is that the translation app is a DIS-incentive for the staff to learn English (or French, Spanish, Russian whatever). That said, the staff were all without exception, pleasant, smiling, couldn't have tried harder and came over as very eager to please, and trying hard to be as professional as possible.

This hotel facilities are really good and I absolutely satisfied during my business trip.

the location is convenient for my business - rooms are nice, only issue is the central heating - cannot make my room cool enough, but this is a China thing, so I get it

AN EXCELLENT HOTEL WITH JIAZHOU TRAIN STATION IN FRONT OF LOBBY.VERY.CONVENIENT FOR.BUSINESS TRIPS

Hotel was good, food was great, being English it was a little difficult to communicate (I found myself having to ask for an English speaker quite a lot) however that is being a little picky considering I was in China. Also being English I found it difficult to stomach the constant coughing up of phlegm and spitting it into the strategically placed rose petal and water filled bowls throughout the hotel. I guess most of the guests here would be Chinese and used to it!

Great hotel, but was far from the airport (about 45 minute taxi ride - $20 USD). The room was very luxurious and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety.

They got 500 usd as deposit but did not cancel it yet so please kindly ask them to cancel immediately

One lady at the front desk went beyond the call of duty & was Very Helpful to get a plane ticket for me - her name was Cherry - awesome! the air conditioning seems to not be very controllable in the room, ie: you cant get the room really cool - but the curtains kept the room dark. The GM takes care and seems to work 24 hrs a day! Overall, a good experience

great effort in general, only thing I can suggest/comment for improvement is the phone service at front desk could use improvement - more than once, I got feedback that a manager will call you back English speaking at front desk/operator level could improve

This hotel is excellent..5 star facilities. Good dinner buffet in the first floor restaurant, the a la carte menu from the Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor is very good. The staff are very helpful, particulary "Jenny" (I think it was) at the front desk. There are just 2 strikes against here, 1 is very minor. The Chinese lunch buffet isnt worth it. Had it one day and found very little worth eating and nothing to recommend it. Would have been better and cheaper to just get some fried rice and sweet and sour pork from the normal menu. Not a big thing though. The other is.. Only stay in this hotel if you have business in the immediate area. I was in a hurry booking and mistakenly booked here thinking it was somewhat near Qingdao (since Qingdao is in the hotel name..it shouldnt be). To get to Qingdao is an hour long bus ride or taxi (taxi will charge 250RMB+, the bus is just 20RMB, but you need to take a taxi to the bus station). If youre on business its perfect. If youre sight seeing/travelling then dont stay here.

Hotel is very clean and staffs are very kind.Room facility is alo excellent. Internet speed was not slow by free of charge. But it takes one hours from Qingdao.Airport.,Taxi driver don't know this Hotel by english address.Whoever come to this Hotel,chinese address i essential. Except for distance this Hotel is excellent. When i took shower ,water is very hot and not controllable,this things has to be checked by plumbers. I wat to give "A"+ Grade hotel.
