Amazing staff

Great hotel , great price had fun in Cancun

They do not turn on the ac Building is so old and smells bad I didn’t even want to sleep in their beds Food is okay not many options I would go back to any other resort I miss the Royal sands

Disappointed at this property. The hotel needs renovation asap. Wall plus by pool out of socket, missing paint outside, water in our room smelled like sewage, food was not the best, limited dinning option, waited 2 hours for a table at Toro. The italian restaurant was not good. Staff was friendly and hard working. Overall, out of all the places i’ve been in Cancun, i would NOT go back there.

Room was run down jacuzzi was not in room like it was supposed to be was hidden in batroom behind shower hard to get to ac didn't work room stayed at 76 degrees roof leacked water the whole time staff was made aware of issues an just said theres nothing they can do

all is good . food is ok . and the waiters in resturant really rude

It was a nice resort, really pushy to join there membership. There were several water damage in are rooom leaking from upstairs unit.

Tons to do, but the food options are very repetitious and there are not many vegetarian meal options past the snacks.

Will never go again! Does not cater to other cultures in any kind of way. Food at all places on resort was not good, smelled very badly throughout entire resort. Customer service was horrible.

I will be honest this was the second time that I stayed at this hotel I wanted to give it another chance. But I would never go back. The hotel itself looks very nice, but the pool is destroyed a lot of missing and dangerous pieces all over and you could see mold and mildew everywhere. Most of the employees did not smile unless they saw a manager around that when they would say good morning and even smiled. But besides that they would not even, talk to you. It was very disappointing because I’ve seen in other hotels in Cancun most are nice and it seems like the employees in this hotel are unhappy or pissed for some reason. This hotel is definitely not for kids. It’s very loud which I don’t mind. The first day we got there we got signed up for a tour to become “members”. I Didn’t mind going on The tour which they want to sell you their timeshares I declined because it just wasn’t for Us as a family. The Employee that gave us the tour Her name was Cynthia and at the beginning she was nice. Once they started offering and gave us the amount which was 27,000 to start with we declined because it wasn’t a good fit for our family and we told them that. But Cynthia turned nasty and she did not even say thank you or goodbye and when we said thank you she ignored us right in front of her face and I told her that It was disrespectful because the program is not for everybody and just because she didn’t make the sell. It’s common courtesy to not ignore us when said bye and thank you

The hotel was very nice, a bit small only 2 pools but the food was good and the amenities were amazing

Good hotel, many opportunities in terms of lack of staff to fulfill guests services, too much time to wait for a table in all restaurants (hour plus long wait), the hotel should have a restaurant reservation system to avoid bottlenecks at critical dining hours.

The aggressiveness of trying to have vacationers buy into their packages is a lot. I spent 2 hours and telling 6 people no to only at check out have another person present me with the same deal. I felt trapped. How am i suppose to buy into a timeshare deal with a hotel that I’ve never been to nor have had the chance to enjoy or see the resort in full and have an experience to make the decide to come back.
