This is a nice hotel and the restaurant and bar were great. Our room was large and very comfortable. Only downside was the proximity to the train yard, its a little noisy at night. That being said we would stay again.

The reservation confirmation was for City view - only to be told on arrival that it was first come first served and we should have specified the request for City view in the ‘instructions’. Disappointing but hotel offered us discount on dinner which was very nice so all worked out in the end.

There was a flashing light outside or room which affected our sleep but a short call to reception sorted this quickly

Accommodating to change areas of hotel to a quieter location. We’ve stayed here several times over the years but find the area is noisy due to the town construction. Property is getting older and can use some updates. Centrally located to walk to lake, restaurants and shops.

Everything has been ok. The frustrating thing is we were told that they would block a spot off for us to park as we were driving a uhaul and towing a car. We were to call morning of and they would block a spot for us. We got there and nothing. We called hotel and they were like oh sorry we forgot. Consequently we had to park quite a ways away and walk. I am handicap and can’t walk very far. Very frustrating after a long days drive. Other that that everything was good. Comfortable beds, clean, good food. Weird no fridge in rooms.

Enjoyed our stay. We are early risers so having coffee in the room would have been nice. Air conditioner is a bit noisy, but the room was lovely.

Loved that this hotel was right in the heart of revelstoke!! The bar closes early enough that we still got a great night’s sleep.
The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful!!!

There was some breakdown in communication between Expedia and the hotel when we switched the dates of our stay but the hotel was super easy to work with and made sure all was right when we arrived. Great location, will stay again next time we are in Revelstoke.

I like the breakfast very much! A lot of variety and options. Overall a good stay but our room was a bit noisy, noise coming from outside, probably from a generator or other machine.

Our Expedia reservation of a deluxe king city view room was not conveyed to the hotel. We were assigned a very small room, bathroom sink was in the closet and the view was the heating and cooling system for the hotel. Front desk did everything they could to move us into a room more in line with what we had purchased but unfortunately that room category was not available. Parking was a challenge. Breakfast was quite good.

Central location. The bar downstairs had good food, and it was the only place in town open late.

It is a charming boutique hotel!
Unfortunately we were in a room with the main A/C unit for the whole hotel right outside our window, which was very loud.
The A/C in the hotel room was very loud as well!!
Needless to say I did not get a good nights sleep… would recommend having a pair of ear plugs.

We found the Regent Hotel to be the best accommodation in the area! The staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable and very clean, the air-conditioning was appreciated on a 30 degree day.
We had a lovely dinner in the Hotel and enjoyed being able to walk to the Sunday night entertainment in the main street of Revelstoke.
We hope to be back one day!
