Great travel stop hotel, highly recommended, over the years we’ve tried all the chains in this price range and in my opinion is by far is the better option, I’d compare it to a premiere inn back home, perfect hotel for resting on route , safe parking, 24/7 check in , comfy room, great shower , vending facilities in reception

There is a gym opposite the hotel and a restaurant next to the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay.

Room was clean, comfy large bed, very little noise from outside, pleasant staff, convenient for the hospital. Proper bathroom with toilet , shower and sink.

Location is excellent for travellers needing overnight accommodation but otherwise a bit out of the way. Most things were great but no refrigerator or ice. Staff were friendly and keen to help with requests if they could

Great location, lovely hotel ideal for a stop over, used it many times and will again in the future, comfortable, safe, clean, excellent receptionist, couldn’t fault, highly recommended

Great value and very comfortable stop over. Very efficient check in with English spoken well.
Simple but ample breakfast for only 7.50 Euros each.
The only negative is that it is remote from the city but there is a restaurant / bar just outside but check it's opening hours before relying on it!

Good as overnight stop. Like a Travel lodge in the UK, room was pleasant with air-conditioning, towels small and not best quality. Bed comfortable. Did not take breakfast cannot comment on that. A boulanger next door to buy breakfast much cheaper and a small supermarket. Very busy place, a restaurant in front of the hotel but transport required to look for alternatives.

Like this hotel, stayed there numerous times. But this time we felt some parts are beginning to show wear & tear. Toilets in the last 3 rooms we have had do not flush well. Some air conditioning vents are rather dusty. Other Ace Hotels have BBC1 & 2 channels on TV but not Poitiers! It would be appreciated

This was a last minute booking for 2 Adults because hotels.com messed up my original booking. The hotel looks fairly new. but not maintained Our beds looked clean but really Sweaty smelly . and the bathroom again looked clean but smelt badly of urine and shower cubicle corners yellow and mouldy .

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy, the room was spotless and very comfortable. Only one negative was that the air conditioner wasn’t very efficient but that could be due to the unprecedented heat. I would certainly stay there again. The restaurant next door was good too.
