The room was smaller and not the same as on the photos. It was really dark. I think it should have been cheaper.

Great price & facilities, in a lovely little area, easy to walk or get the tram into town. Bathrooms clean & restocked always. Would 100% recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The place was incredibly clean and in an amazing location, with many different types of restaurants and bars right around the corner walking.

Check in guy was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the property when I arrived but when I asked reception they didn't know what's going on. I had to reach out to hotels.com for a complaint and relocation request, in which hotels.com didn't help at all.
After reaching out to reception again, someone else (possibly more senior) explained to me that there were some works in the pipes and that they have expected to have hot water by that time, and she went to check what's going on. So despite my original frustration, the staff was perfect overall and after her checking up on the situation, hot water returned to the property (not sure if she did something or it was just coincidence, but at least she made an effort).
The hostel is very clean, renovated and there are many bathrooms and adequate number of showers, it didn't feel inconvenient at any point. The beds were comfortable - could do with a thicker pillow and bigger duvet but overall good and felt safe. Location was also very central and easy to go anywhere on foot.
You are asked to make your own bed as you check in, but that's a minor inconvenience as the price is far cheaper than most accommodations nearby.

A nice and central location. I had a small room with single bed. Shared wc and shower. A good value for your money kind Of place if you just need a bed to sleep In. And not all the extra luxeries

Fair price, clean room and bathroom as well, i like the bathroom with plenty of space, will not be like a mess after shower, staff are nice, location great, nothing to complain about

Hotel was fine ideally located near most of the items that i wanted to see. Overall the cost of the hotel was fine. It is basic and clean. Breakfast was included. So foe a few nights in the city it is fine.

Great location. Close to food mall. I couldn’t sleep in day time because of little kids playing on a ground right in front of window in my room. Sad, that it’s not allowed to have a guests in a room

Vi bodde her ifm førjulstur til Gøteborg, fint og enkelt hotell, gode senger, god frokost, og god service som tillot oss tidlig innsjekk etter en lang flyreise. Har allerede anbefalt hotellet til familie.

They were not able to find my check-in when I arrived and attempted to charge for the room again although it was already paid for. Took 30 min in all; did not receive a word of apology. Rooms are clean with quite comfy enough beds. Would have liked the air circulation system to be less noisy. The common area has a well-equipped kitchen, which I liked.

I booked this hotel because it was announced to be 0.6 miles from Ullevi stadium. This is actually not true, since stadium is a few km away. Misleading information made me take the wrong decision. I am very disapointed

You have to pay extra for linen which isn't made clear so not quite as budget as it appeared - should not really be allowed to be classed as a hotel in that case. That being said it was generally a good choice for those on limited budget in an expensive city
