Ac was broken and froze up popped all night and rooms around us and above was so loud couldn’t sleep. Hear everything Very loud and sweated all night got to Ac pooping loud noise. Not the best stay

Clean and very quiet.

Loved the shuttle service! Had a wheelchair accessible room & loved the bathroom space. Needs better/peppier music around the bar area - classical is nice for elevators but light rock would be more ‘fun’ by the bar. Property is kept nicely inside & out.

Everything was nice, but we had a room that wasn't complete on bathroom repairs or remodeling. So we changed rooms. It was a little noisy because of remodeling, but it was understanding that business must go on to make it look nice.

I enjoyed the contactless check in/out as well as the room key is on your phone through the app.

Rating the different staff. Night front staff. Poor quality and customer service. Charged me twice for the room even after I told them I paid for it through Expedia. Then the room once we got in had toe nails along bed frame and hair all on the floor. The cleanliness of the room for a Hilton brand and particularly the Garden inn hotel is subpar and sad excuse for the Hilton brand. Once I told the front staff about the toe nails and hair their concern was negligible and I was told someone would contact me tomorrow morning about the charges and the room. Truly a sad excuse for customer service. The day front staff was a stark difference. She had empathy and apologized for the issue and would pass it along to the manager. I still have yet to hear from a manager and I am giving them a business day before calling. The Hilton brand says they guarantee you have a good stay or they will fix it. It was a poor experience overall and I hope they can make this right. The breakfast staff was an absolute delight they greeted us and asked about our travel and overall were kind and caring. Overall poor experience at the Hilton garden inn in Shreveport.

Hotel was under construction for the lobby however, we never heard a sound. Everything was neatly done and kept to the side of rooms in the common space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service that was provided to and from the casinos was the best!

They don't tell you they are remodeling until you are checking in! No bar, no restaurant, no lobby. They add $25 to you bill for "amenities" which you will get back. The hotel smelled of paint and new carpet. I coughed all night long. The shower was filthy with years of grime in the grout. The ice machine didn't work. There was no AC in the hallways. The AC in the room struggled. The coffee service setup in the room was sad. Only two CoffeeMate creamers. They couldn't even stock half and half. And coffee and breakfast was in the connecting Homewood Suites with an upcharge. They won't even give you a cup of coffee. Worst Hilton Garden Inn experience ever for me. I always try and book them first. I paid for a hotel with a bar, restaurant and lobby. I would have been better off at Motel 6. It sure would have been cheaper.

Nice stay, room was clean, staff was friendly. First floor was under construction but didn't interfere with our stay. Only complaint, $16.00 for buffet breakfast is crazy; when the connected hotel (Homewoods) has free breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus took me to my work location and to the airport. Room was clean and tidy. Meal at the restaurant was delicious.

When we checked in they said breakfast was from a certain time to another, and did not let us know it wasn’t free breakfast but $16.99 a person. When we went down in the morning with 8 people in our group and had rented 3 rooms. We were very upset that we had no free breakfast with our stay. This was one of the reasons we stayed there. We talked to a manager about not being told and he was very rude and not apologetic at all. We all left and will never be staying at a Hilton again. Very poor customer service!

Property is beautiful inside and great pool

Honestly, disappointed in my stay. I booked a king room less than an hour before arriving. Apparently a king room was "not available". Which, I don't really know to be true. I was moved to a room with two queens. I usually don't pay attention to cleanliness but, I payed significantly more to stay here than another hotel, and was disappointed. The bed didn't smell clean, there were hairs all around the pillow area and in the bathroom. Mold in the grout in the bathroom. Which, I expect if I pay 60 bucks for a room. Not over a hundred. There was a dirty tank top under one of the beds. Honestly, just not what I would expect for this chain, at this price. If it was Motel 6 I would be like "this tracks". Disappointed.

The staff were amazingly helpful in a hard situation. We will stay here everytime we have to come to bossier.

A/C unacceptable. No air in halls - room was terrible . Our family had 3 rooms , all same condition.

Stay was good overall. Pros: quick and easy check-in, cool room, clean fixtures. Cons: water pressure lacking, location and parking, woken by crew in morning 3 hours prior to check out to ask if we were checking out that day, room was missing a trash can.

The area around the property did not feel the safest, but once we were inside everything was fine. We enjoyed the pool and had food DOORDASHed to us with no problems. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

The bed comfort was the worst that I have experienced in 50+ years of traveling. The mattress was very poor quality and I felt like I was sleeping on a rock bed.

Parking was non existent. Advised to park next to the storage containers. No they’re not responsible for damage to your car. Their problem is your problem. Ridiculous. The hot water handle in the bathroom sink wasn’t attached. Front desk sent maintenance people to examine it. Said the valve needed to be replaced another day. No hot water in the sink for the day. So nothing in the bathroom was cleaned with hot water, and cleaning person didn’t report it. Again, their problem is my problem

I live here in Bossier City Louisiana. My sister was in town from South Carolina decided to spend the weekend at a hotel just to relax so we chose the Hilton Garden great choice down to be very helpful and inviting and the bartender Michael made our weekend Unforgettable I felt like I was on vacation I can’t wait to go back after the renovations are done even though I live here that will be my Alone time Spot.
