Very comfortable and spacious. Very clean, and easy check-in. Great location, like 2 min away from Busan Station.

This is a very functional hotel. You do have to walk through a small parking garage to get to the main desk, which is a small window. The rooms are small, but adequate. The window faces the wall of another building, so there was not much direct sunlight (4th floor). However, everything was clean and the floors were tile. The wireless internet was a little slow, but there is a desktop computer in the room and a big LCD TV. I would easily stay here again, as it is literally within 100 yards of the train station.

Motel is in a great location; maybe 3 to 5 minutes walk to Busan Station. The area is loaded with eateries/ restaurants. The only negative I didn’t like is I receive a call from the front desk for my vehicle key so they could move it for others to park. They then asked if I had planned on using my car during my stay, in which I replied no. They then took my car from the hotel to an offsite garage. I just did not like having my car out of my view. I could not even fuel up the night prior to my departure. Long story short, the car was a rental and when I returned it, there was a bruise on the drivers side fender. All I know is that I didn’t do it.

I enjoyed my stay in Top Motel. The motel is located in the very center of Busan right next to the Busan Station where many high speed trains depart and arrive. It is also 5 minutes walk from the Chinatown and the Ferry Passenger Terminal. It is also 3 minutes walk from metro line #1 which makes it extremely easy to visit the Gamcheon Culture Village, the Jagalchi Market or the Gukje Market. One thing on the negative side though is that the neighborhood is not that pretty. But there are many convenience stores nearby.Checking in and checking out was pretty easy by the way. I just walked in and in a few minutes I got the keys, then I just dropped off the keys when I checked out. This made me question though how secure is the hotel, but I didnt have any issues with neither the staff nor the other guests.The room was the same as on the pictures and it was clean and well equipped. But there was nothing to see from my room. So dont expect a great view to the sea.Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

It looks like a hotel that couples rent for hours, I wouldn’t recommend it for tourists

great location, walking distance to metro subway, convenience store is just next door, staff allows us to keep our luggage there after check out while we going out for last stroll at busan before moving to seoul. recommended place to stay.

The location is busy and perfect for activities, getting around, and convenience. There are smoking rooms on the same floor as non smoking so you should probably open a window when you get in. They clean every day if you want and there is a lot of outlets

This is a nice place. It is high accessible because it is close to Busan Station. The motel is cozy and clean.

near to busan station pretty decent hotel. room service and counter staff never seems to be around, but it was fine. water pressure and temperature was perfect for a quick shower or a long soak in the tub.

Near Busan KTX station and Metro station. Near Busan City Bus Tour. Room and bathroom clean but need to provide big bath towel.

Helpful staff and reasonably comfortable rooms. Room is not big but its got what you need except big towels are not provided. Staff cant speak much English but we had no problem settling down since everything was prepared. The whole street is full of motels but this one is definitely the cheap and comfortable option to go.

Just 5 mins from Busan Train Station, offers great convenience and many food options Its exterior may look sleazy like a KTV, but the motel is actually clean, quiet and safe. Low price allowed us, 2 ladies to book a room each for more space. The price of 2 rooms still ended up cheaper than sharing one room of a 3 star hotel, just a few buildings away.

The staff is really nice and helpful. Room is proper and the location is excellent, easy to reach the subway and ktx. It would be nice to stay there again.

fast check in n out. clean and spacious room. bathtub and spacious shower room. strong wifi and lot channel of tv. not suitable for kids as this is lover motel. near busan ktx station n subway. lot restaurants around.

It was clean, close to Busan station and good value. Its abit dark in the halls. On one of the nights we were woken by an amorous couple next door checking in at 3am and leaving not long after. Wouldnt say it was a love hotel but its used as a convenient stop for couples. They also give you an amenities pack with condoms and lady wash amongst the usual toothbrush and razor.

It is a bit difficult finding the motel at first. Location of the motel is good - 2 mins walk to the airport limousine bus stop, to busan subway station and also to busan rail station. Many restaurant and convenient shop 1 min away.

Need shower curtains . Staff was helpful. I didn't realize until later that I have to ask for fresh towels . But it wasn't the staff that told me I needed to notify them rather it was my local Korean friend

The room was basic, so do not expect a lot. It was overall clean, but the blanket had some stains and needed to be replaced. Check in was fine and easy, but when we went back down to ask a question there was no one to be found. Basic Korean motel experience.
