Wonderful hotel. Super courteous staff. Clean and elegant. I wish I stayed there longer. The omelette at the hotel breakfast was delicious.

This is a lovely boutique hotel a short distance away from the bustle of the town. Don't be put off by the dirt track you have to go down to get to it as the hotel itself is utterly beautiful. We were lucky enough to get a totally sound-proofed pool-side room with both a bath and a shower. The staff are beyond helpful and organised absolutely everything for us including all of our excursions and airport transfers. Breakfast has a good range of foods and drinks (the fresh fruit is especially yummy) with a freshly-cooked omelette station. The only down side is the almost airstrip lighting during dinner which takes away any sort of ambience - the only reason I did not give it five stars. We did note that most guests went out for dinner. There is a pleasant pool; small gym; sauna and pampering facilities. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Saem Siem Reap and would definitely go there again on a retrun visit. Final thing - go to the Phare Circus of you get a chance (and also the street food). It is not what you think and you will also be supporting a very good cause.

Great place to stay. Excellent service. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice pool. Comfortable room. Reasonably priced. Included breakfast with lots of options. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself was excellent and the staff were even more so. They were able to easily help me arrange various excursions and transportation as well as provide great local information.
It is also quite close to the Angkor Wat complex and just a 5 minute tuk tuk ride to Pub Street and the Market. Great value and service.

This property is beautiful!. The staff were so attentive,we felt spoiled. Will be hard to go back to the real world. The spa services are inexpensive and top notch. Breakfast was fantastic and nice variety.

We had a great stay here. The hotel was fantastic and the service was too. The staff were attentive and helped arrange trips, private cars and tour guides. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed swimming and resting. The food was great with lots of choice.

The hotel is very nice, the staff speaks very good English and professional, breakfast is good too.
We also booked two day tour with the hotel. The tour guide and the driver are both very nice, they even prepare ice cold water and towel for us for every stop. It is really helpful when we do the tour in summer time.

It is a clean and friendly hotel. The breakfast was authentic Western style. It would be extra fun if we could have more Khmer food choices. The hotel was neighboring with several KTVs on the same street, so it may not be the best environment for families.

Was a lovely clean hotel staff were amazing only $2.00 tuk tuk ride to pub street good pool only one downside during stay was next door was a mosque and they had a funeral for 2 days and you got woken a 5 in the mornings and had the noise all day most guests were annoyed by it but everything else was great otherwise

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful! The restaurant has great food, it was so pleasant to hang out by the pool, use the gym, and order drinks. They were also very helpful in arranging transportation for us to the parks and to the Pub Street!

The property was nice, clean, the staff helpful and very informative. They helped us by picking us up from the airport even when our flight kept getting delayed and helped set up our tour guide to Angkor Wat. The driver welcomed us with cold lemongrass infused towels to help us stay refreshed, and cold waters, that was a very nice gesture. The guide to Angkor was was amazing.

Loved this place! Charming, clean, spacious, it was a total steal. Service was excellent, breakfast was good, pool was small but warm and clean and the decor around it felt very tropical. It was really lovely overall. About a 7 minute tuk-tuk ride to the main shopping and restaurant area. Highly recommend!

We stayed for three nights. We booked online and arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Instead of turning us away, the staffs accommodated our needs and went above and beyond to prep the rooms for us so we can check in early. While awaiting for our room, cold drinks and cold towels were provided to relieve us from the summer heat. Space is super clean, breakfasts are plenty and staffs are excellent and so very attentive. Accommodations over all couldn’t be better.

I will make this review short and sweet. The most attentive, kind and warmest staff we've ever met and in our opinion the service on this hotel is the best!!! Very clean and not a noisy place. This is our second time staying at Saem Siemreap Hotel. The staff is the reason we go back. They are so accommodating! They go above and beyond to help make our trip comfortable and memorable. They are welcoming and so knowledgable of the area and helping us make arrangements for sight seeing and exploring!
