We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Istanbul! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. Everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our visit special. The rooms were comfortable and clean, giving us a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The location was excellent, close to major attractions, which made sightseeing easy. The concierge gave us fantastic recommendations and even helped organize tours for us. Overall, it was a fantastic experience; we can’t wait to return. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable stay in Istanbul!

My experience at the hotel was far from satisfactory. The room was not suitable for three people, and on the first day, we had only cold water. When maintenance came to address the issue, they did not adhere to proper hygiene protocols. For a five-star hotel, I expected basic amenities such as a coffee machine in the room, which was missing. The room's temperature control was inadequate, oscillating between extremely cold and excessively hot. Additionally, the room service delivered stale food, which was disappointing. Most of the staff lacked proper customer service skills, contributing to an overall negative experience. Ultimately, this hotel only presents a façade of five stars; the service and conditions reflect more of a three-star establishment. I paid $4,000 for an 11-night stay, yet it turned out to be the worst travel experience I have ever had. The view from the room was faced toward a wall adorned with artificial flowers, which did little to enhance the ambiance.

This Hotel have excellent location and staffs are very friendly very helpful. Room is very clean and very comfortable. Sea view from the room and restaurant are gorgeous.

Absolutely the best hotel. Their hotel is beautiful, the service is outstanding, and they go over and beyond to make every guest feel welcomed and special. Some of the people who really went over and beyond for us were Almira, Murat, Ogus, and Malik. That’s just to name a few but honestly everyone at the hotel from the guys in parking, to security, to manager, check in staff, concierge service, spa, breakfast were outstanding. The location is perfect very close to Taksim and the metro. You also have so many bus transits near. I come up Istanbul every years and have stayed at most of the top hotels I can honestly say for the last few years this hotel is where I always stay and for a good length of time. I look forward to visiting Istanbul and staying at CVK!!

It's been over a month since my stay at CVK and they still have not reimbursed my deposit (400 EUR). Nor are they responding to messages about this. Inexcusable. I will never stay there again and I recommend everyone else be wary of their deposit practices.

I am not sure where to start. But let me say the rooms here are great. Its the view that I have a problem with. I stay at this hotel on yearly basis. But I am sad to say this will be my last stay here. The view The view The view. if your going to spend $300 a night. There are 100 better choices. First of all I was awarded a free upgrade. But to me its a downgrade. They upgrade you from the garden view to a City view. That would be the worse thing you can do. CVK is a hotel that is built under the ground. So their highest floor is only about 2 stores up from the main road. So your city view is only a street view and at 7AM its so loud its crazy. It will wake you up I guarantee it. And they cherish the Bosphorus view as if its gold. The first time they offered it to me at $80 Euros a day but then he went down after me arguing to $50 Euros when its only a $30 Euro upgrade when you purchase it on line. So to try to keep this short and sweet. Stay at Marmara next door the hotel is not as fancy but for half the price the view wither its the city or Bosphorus its 100 times better then here. I worked with 2 employees that neither one would accommodate my dissatisfaction The manager SAHIN which offered the ocean view for $50 Euros. and the assistant SULE that offered it to me for $80 Euros This was my google review to the hotel
