Overall my experience was good. The safety lock was broken and the bathroom sink did not have a stopper. The hotel starting to look a little tired.

This was a new hotel and very nice. We needed a ground floor and a 2nd floor had been assigned for us. There was not an option online to request a ground floor, but the desk quickly changed the room to accommodate us at no extra charge! Thank you! Our room needed more light and mirrors but was nice and roomy! The breakfast was lacking!

Most of the staff is very polite and helpful. There needs to be a little more attention to the rooms. Toilet lid needs to be fixed or replaced. Blood stain on the dust ruff of the bed.

TV was busted, a broken glass picture frame was hanging on the wall, there were no supplies for the coffee maker. The staff was, however, excellent to speak and interact with. I'd likely stay again.

The only negative was at check in. The young man was rude and made no attempt to be welcoming.

Upon checking in, I noticed my room was not in front as I requested when registering online. I asked to be moved and was placed up front. The young man was very quick to honor my request.

We had a wonderful stay. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Im not big on beans and chorizo. But they had plenty of other stuff to offer. We will definitely be returning.

Rooms were comfortable, clean and overall good stay. The only thing I would say is both days we were there, coffee wasn’t ready, it was about 9 am and it took forever to brew. We had to leave so no coffee for us.

There was nasty stuff on the bathroom wall it looked like poo smeared you could tell they didn't clean well their kitchen person went into the bathroom with her apron on ‘gross!’ And their hot tub is still out of commission

I am very picky when it comes to hotels, because I worked for one for so long. I couldn't have been happier with this hotel. It was very nice and I plan to stay there every time I am in Hobbs.

I arrived after 11PM, so I had to stand in the outer doorway and wait for a person to let me in. This alone started making me wonder about the security of the area. I get in and I’m being pleasant, however the atmosphere wasn’t so pleasant. During the explanation of how my card might be used was a comment made that hit me wrong…”my card could be used if I STOLE ANYTHING.” It wasn’t said nicely either. I’m not staying at your hotel to steal your towels, I have better ones at home. Cleanliness: the corners of my shower were dark and “hairy.”nThrre was dust and fuzz in a layer on top of the bed headboard, I just happen to be tall enough to see it. I had plenty of towels and wash clothes the first night but the second I had only one wash clothe. So I was expected to wash my face twice, my body at least once and my feet maybe twice with one washcloth??? The in my face comment about stealing and then a comment about the way the place was locked up for security just didn’t start my stay off on a good foot.

Baymont was just better than any other hotel I’ve stayed at in Hobbs. The room was big, comfortable, and cool, and cozy. I could have easily slept until noon. The breakfast is standard post-Covid average. The vending machines require $1 bills and the desk may or may not be able make change. But you have access to stores and shops and a great food truck down the street. This is my #1 hotel when visiting Hobbs.

Room was very spacious and good quality for the price. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great. Pool was decent, hot tub wasnt working but i didnt book the hotel for the hot tub so it didnt matter. Exercise room was small and a lot of the work out equipment was broken and couldnt be used. And that was a bummer. But i woukd definitely stay here again.

Room was real nice but not stocked the best. Property was nice, clean. My only complaint is that the pool was not maintained. Flowers off bushes blow into water, making it very hard too swim. Hot tub was totally closed!

The room was not clean, besides the candy and tooth picks on the floor, there was a live roach. The pool had no lights in or around it so we could not safely swim after dark which was the only time we could. When I mentioned this at checkout the clerk was very rude and dismissive.
