The breakfast was ok not as good like other hotels I stayed.
We didn’t had hot water to shower, the tub was full up, the water didn’t drain, the room was dirty and there were bags of food left in the room. I don’t really recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

Didn't get her name but the Lady working the evening shift at the front desk was fantastic. Best front desk employee I've ever experienced. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was clean and warm. Bed was very comfortable.

I liked nothing about this experience except for the location.
The management refused to acknowledge my receipt and booking from booking.com. The General manager said they had no record of this event and refused to honor a refund or provide me with a room. Thus, I left politely without accommodation.

The desk employee was rude. The play room was super hot no a/c.

The rooms are comfortable and large with a sitting area and couch. My room was primarily clean only lacking in run down maintenance issues.
When you walk into this hotel you are greeted by a strong smell of mildew.
My room was missing a cover plate to the electrical wall socket leaving exposed wires.
The post of the night latch hung off the edge of my door by one screw and clanked annoyingly every time I came in or went out.
The mattress was well past time to replace and the worn out linens didn't fit all the way over the mattress.

I was overcharged they charged me for my room twice they charged me an extra $170 before I even got to the motel to check in the elevator did not work

Breakfast was as expected and good. Location was directly across the street from our swim meet at the CORE facility, so ideal for our family.
The shower's tub to wall line grout was almost non-existent. That's definitely a problem that needs to be fixed. The elevator was broken, although we were on 2nd floor and able bodied so not a problem for our family.

the property was easy to find and it was very friendly signing in! I enjoyed my stay because the rooms were clean and the breakfast bar was excellent! staff kept everything neat and filled-and even gave us a goodie bag upon our exit! was a wonderful stop for our family.
