The bell hop Claudius and the van driver were amazingly friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. There was cucumber and melon water was very refreshing but the glasses were slow to be replenished

We found the hotel was lovely and comfortable, but lacking with the level of service that we expected. We were on the 12th floor and had access to the executive lounge. The evening cocktails and snacks were quite nice but in the morning it was absolutely impossible to get a cup of coffee. Either the access was not open at 6:30 AM when it was supposed to be, or when it was, I found the coffee maker to be inoperable and sometimes not even plugged in and ready to dispense coffee.. I called the front desk to ask that additional coffee be brought up to our room so I could use our own coffee maker, but was told That we were only entitled to one complementary serving per stay. I really did not think this was good customer service at this level of hotel. I found the staff to be pleasant, but at no time did I feel they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Everything was quite slow, and our housekeeping service was very inconsistent. One day we would have excellent cleanup, only to find the next day a very different story. I would like to give a better rating to this hotel, but I cannot at this time. The surrounding area is excellent with a Shopping Mall, a couple of blocks away and access to many restaurants and shops. The restaurant in the hotel was also quite good, and I would highly recommend that they obtain English menus for the American customers.

Excellent hotel , efficient friendly professional staff. Considering it was a public holiday (New Year) . Lots to do in Santiago , could have spent another few days.

Had a very nasty experience in this so called "luxury" hotel. The front desk staff on duty at 2345 local time on 21 November, 2022 deliberately allocated me the worst possible room in the hotel without a working air conditioner. he punished me, because he said, I had not booked directly via "Marriott bonvoy" but via 3rd party side - Hotels.com. Despite my repeated requests, he did not change my room and I could not get absolutely any sleep though I had paid 200 usd for the room. Furthermore, I offered to pay another 200 usd, (over and above the 200 usd I had already paid for the room), as there were many empty rooms the hotel but he still refused to change my room. I request senior management to change this person from duty immediately as he is very toxic and not helping the reputation of your property. he need to be put for housekeeping or cleaning dishes. If you are a business traveler, I do not recommend this hotel as there was too much noise from street and the AC did not work the whole night.

The location was great and it has all amenities you need, the staff was super friendly, Pablo Fabian, Anna, Ruly at the bar were awesome!!

Only issue we had was when we landed we did not find the driver that we had organized to pick us up and got scamed from fake taxi drivers. We dont have scamers at airports in Australia so was not aware of issue untill it was to late, other than that we were well looked after and enjoyed the rest of our stay

My 10 nights spent at the Renaissance Santiago Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff were so helpful in giving us idea's of places to go see, they were extremely attentive to our needs, the food was amazing - overall I could not have asked for a better stay! I will absolutely return, if only to visit the wonderful staff who really made our trip to Chile as special as it was!

My husband and I have booked 3 rooms for our family X’mas trip before flying to Easter Island, checked in Dec 20. Hotel reception was very polite and managed to give us 3 rooms in a roll, my daughter room is connected to us feel good and comfort for the arrangement. Across the street is a good mall you won’t want to miss. Enjoy ours stay and Thanks to the hotel!

Very disappointing club room, do not.pay extra for it, it’s not worth it. They promote happy hour / cocktail every evening for two hours and it includes one drink (beer or wine). A total joke

Menu not that great for children, pool to cold for kids.

Great locatoon, superb design and wonderful people. Stayed for a short business trip and was pleasantly surprise by the hotel itself and the great staff. I will come for sure one again.

Apesar de novo e muito limpo, achei o banheiro muito ruim devido à pouquíssima privacidade. Tb achei a cama muito pequena. O estacionamento é bem sem praticidade, toda vez vc tem que ir na recepção trocar o cartão pra conseguir sair. Tb achei desagradável o restaurante em que o café da manhã é servido ficar pedindo pra vc pagar pelo serviço, mesmo este estando incluso na diária.

Hotel is in a great location and perfect for a business or vacation trip. Staff is super friendly and was very patient with a non-Spanish speaking guest. Great food options in the the hotel. Hotel was very clean. Would highly recommend.

The Hotel is not far from the Shopping mall which has food court and restaurants near by also there restaurants near by which cater for Vegans.The hotel is modern clean friendly front desk staff and very helpful. The buffet breakfast is good but not much for vegans...
