Great location across from Rye Jetty Clean and well appointed, towels , bedding all fresh and clean/newish! Would love a coffee machine, not just a kettle!

We loved the unit we stayed in. It was simple decor but practical. The spa bath was a luxurious experience. I walked across the road and got a massage, plus we went to the Hot Springs from there too.

The central location to everything we wanted.

Apartment was great cooking facilities were a bonus. Close to the beach and drivable to everything.

We had a wonderful stay at the Moonlight Bay apartments. Rye shopping district is 30 second walk away and the Rye pier is directly across the main road.

We paid for spa suite but only one jet wofked in the spa. Other than that very clean and comfortable apartment.

Our 3rd time stay at the moonlight bay apartments and have always been happy, with location and above all cleanliness. Definitely will stay again on my next stay at Rye.

I loved the proximity to the beach and shops. Nice size room with comfy bedding. Very friendly staff. Just one tiny thing I would like is a chain on the door for security.

Shower could not be regulated. A little tired and run down in appearance. Good location.

Good place to stay just needed to know sooner about check in late times etc. But very good otherwise.

nO serving dishes supplied. Forgot to bring some, More flyscreens on windows or doors for airflow. or ceiling fans would be good. .Was good place and in great [position. Other guests quiet at night, which was good.

The location is perfect! Very close to the beach with proper pedestrian street crossing for safety. Close to shops and restaurants too! You’ll love the gelato at the corner! Hotel/apartment staff were friendly, special thanks to Debbie. Apartments are in good condition, not so new but clean and presentable; decent size rooms, kitchen with utensils, bathroom with clean towels and toiletries (although we bring our own shampoos and other stuff), spacious living room, and a tv with cable. One thing I thought the apartment had was a washer and a dryer, but didn’t. I forgot to ask if they have a common area where you can wash and dry your clothes, or if it’s a service you need to pay extra. They also have a pool (clean and heated) which my son loved! Although we found the place a little bit pricy (not sure if it was hotels.com or the timing because it’s summer) we still enjoyed our stay. Just a tip - contact Debbie at the reception and ask for rates to compare with the different reservation websites before booking a stay. They might have specials and lower rates! Overall, we loved staying at Moonlight Bay Apartments. We’d definitely come back again.

Wonderful stay. Great location. Check in fast. Was given an upstairs unit but my client freaked out about the stairs. We were immediately shown a room downstairs that we ended up staying in. Would definitely stay here again

Loved the proximity to the bayside beach & walk. A great location for exploring the Mornington Peninsula. the room was cosy, clean and comfortable.

The room was ok but nothing special the tv was so out of date did mot even have a connection so we could watch netflix or even more tv stations i know this is nit mager but sometimes it us nice to relax in room watching something on tv especially at mighr or weather not great for going out doors

We couldn’t have picked a more perfect location for our family stay in Rye. The apartment was clean and has everything we needed. The only small negative is the noise because the walls are so thin u can hear everything. That wouldn’t stop us from staying there again though. Staff are lovely too.

We’ve stayed here a few times and will keep returning. The apartments are lovely and spacious, clean, well maintained, comfortable beds and the property is a stones throw from the Rye main street. Onsite parking is handy too.

Property was ok - quite dated and needs renovation. Rug in the living area needs a good clean. Air con was only in living room so bedrooms get quite cold at night

Stayed two nights while visiting the Hot Springs. Very affordable, clean and comfortable accommodation. Lovely receptionist. No complaints. Will stay here again. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and spacious and provided all of the facilities required for our 4 night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a 1B king Apt and it was very spacious, clean and the kitchen included a fan forced oven with electric stove. A clean pool in the centre of the complex although we didnt use it during our stay. Perfect location with free parking and within walking distance to the local shops and restaurants. Checkin was easy and a friendly welcome by Kat. Will definitely stay back here.
