Really enjoyed my stay!

Best reasonably priced hotel I've stayed in - Clean building and room, friendly and competent staff - have nothing negative to say.

Close to airport, good coffee service in the morning. Great snacks available. Didn’t like no free breakfast and coffee in room didn’t work.

Nothing unique, it was the perfect property for me during a difficult time. I needed tot sleep before my flight. Thank you

The front desk person was very nice and professional.

They no longer have shower benches for disabled people. We needed an accessible room with 2 double beds. The room is accessible and so is bathroom, but the bathroom has a bath tub. They could not provide us a shower bench. Also they charge for parking. Even for disabled people with handicap placards. Since that was a surprise to us, the GM decided to validate our parking. We were appreciative. Get some shower benches back please.

Friendly staff

Nice big room. Good amenities. Was there due to a flight cancellation. Quick shuttle to and from the airport. Had a restaurant and bar. Restaurant was a little cold. Not very nicely decorated. More like a breakfast buffet type dining area. Not a lot of options nearby so wish it had been a little nicer. But all in all a good value for the money. Nice walking area right outside the property too

We stayed here last year before flying to Europe, because they have a shuttle to the airport and we could leave our car parked at the hotel for free during our vacation. That has all changed, and we were not informed beforehand. Now we have to pay $10.00/night for parking here. SO NOT WORTH IT!

Nice place

Place is clean one staff at front desk was not that friendly. Everything else was great.

Overall the hotel was very nice and the food at the restaurant was good. Servers were very friendly. The only complaint we had was our room smelled extremely musty, like mildew. It was too late for us to try and get a new room so we just told the staff about it during check out. Other than the room smell, would stay again.

They shouldn't charge $11 for parking!

One of the best on route stays we have had with the family along with our dog. Highly recommended.

Check in was quick and efficient and the staff member that created me was personable and professional. I was directed to my room which I found to be ample and clean. All the amenities were stocked and though I was just there for a one night stay I appreciate, how wonderful property was.

Check in was easy..staff was excellent..ran into a hiccup..our room was..well..OCCUPIED when we opened the door, itvwas to someone else's room YIKES. so back downstairs got assigned another room...perfect. our stay was quite short but the ability to lv our car while we travel is awesome. Next year when we make the same trip, we will stay here again!

Although this hotel offers great service and the staff is very professional, there is an ongoing issue to be aware of when booking a stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. I was contacted by the hotel to confirm if I still needed the room. I explained that I was on my way but my flight had been delayed three times. They mentioned they tried to run the card on file and it didn’t go through. I then transferred the necessary funds to cover the charges, even though Expedia stated we could pay at the hotel upon arrival. The hotel charged me around $249.52 while I was still at the airport. Upon arrival, I was charged an additional balance of $848.56, which exceeded the total of $998.08. When we checked out, I was initially told everything was settled. However, a lady at the front desk came running and shouting in front of other guests that I still owed another $848.56. I explained that the charges for the room had already been paid and deducted from my account. She then said that someone had voided the $249.52 charge and I still owed $149.52 for the room. I showed her the two transactions on my account history. The lady, with an aggressive attitude, responded, "All I know is we don't have the money!" I asked where the money was, as it was no longer in my account. I even asked her who voided the $249.52, but she said she didn't know. So, I paid the $149.52 explaining that this is ridiculous and they should have contacted me during my stay, if there was a problem!

The good: Very close to the airport, nice shuttle service, good amenities. The staff was friendly. The not as good: When I arrived in my room, there were two ozone cleaning machines (they are big). One on the counter in the bathroom and one on the nightstand. The bathroom door was propped open with a trashcan and the fan was going full blast. The room did not seem dirty, but it looked like someone went through a lot of effort to clean it out and was not done when I arrived.

Extremely friendly staff in a very clean and modern hotel. Our room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed and bathroom. Terrific walk in shower with lots of room and housekeeping was great as we returned to a clean room and fresh linens every afternoon. Food at the dining hall was good and the reception desk always was manned with very friendly and courteous staff. The waitress was as nice as you could get and we enjoyed her conversation while we were there

I did not like that I had to pay extra for parking when I had a room reserved.
