Just Amazing Beauty and Welcome! Createdand kept with such love!

A Fantastic, Magical castle! I extended my stay 5(!!!) times - stayed for 3 weeks! The pool area is pure Magic and Grace! Everything about this space is created with love and elegance! A tranquil goddess paradise!

Hotel is very nice, the room was beautiful and cleaned. Breakfast it's just Asian. The service is not a four-star level, but was okay. Water of the pool was cold. I recommend :-)

Interior is attractive - every room is decorated differently, most of them look cosy and attractive (the style probably appeals mostly to ladies). Rooms on higher floors facing the forests are more tranquil. Rooms with balconies are located on alternate floors. Some Karaoke noise from a large restaurant nearby (in the direction of Furama hotel) at night so try to request for higher floors and further away from the restaurant if possible. Breakfast is fresh and tasty - focus heavily on Asian/Thai cuisine; less options for Western style breakfast. Breakfast can be taken either indoor (no air-conditioning; high ceiling and large windows in dining room helps to keep temperature down) or outdoor (tables around the pool) - generally, a very calm and relaxing environment. Breakfast hours (7.30 to 10.30 am) aren't too busy. Staff's service is good overall. Price range of room is fair. Location is in between Nimmanhaemin Road (about 12 minutes' walk) and old city (about 20 minutes' walk). Free car transport to the airport if you stay for 3 nights or more. Most of its clientele is Asian, with a handful of westerners. An enjoyable stay for me and highly recommended.

Hotel not well maintained

Breakfast was great!!! The entire hotel gave a very authentic and charming Thai experience.

Super pretty boutique hotel. The pool atrium area is just gorgeous. As a vegan, I found breakfast very meat and egg heavy, but more people are joining the animal rights movement every day since the world health organization worldwide connected meat to cancer and does not recommend it A bit of a walk from center, but still nice area

The hotel is at the end of alley, not too far from street by walk. I love the unique architecture of this hotel so much, beautiful hotel. Service is good.

Beautiful property! Room (Suite) was huge with fantastic bathrooms. Master has separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. What a value!

The hotel is decorated very beautiful & warm, staffs are polite & helpful, nice breakfast & services, free airport pick up for 3 nights stayed. We enjoyed so much in this hotel & thanks for their help.

Very nice decoration and variety food for breakfast. The dinner in hotel is so nice and we feel like having private dinner in a palace.

Service as good as Hyatt in Bangkok, Clean, safe area and staff very helpful. Felt like the owner watches Downton Abbey, great decor and free wifi EVERYWHERE. Signal never dropped.

Dogs barking 1/2 the night, construction in the morning and cold food

Its a nice decorating hotel and offer super delicious and variety of breakfast.

about $44/night, not cheap in Chiangmai, Thailand. heavy Arabic decoration, interesting, hotel is bit old, but ok. Staff are friendly. mosquito is a big problem... Surprisingly, charged extra for my 8 year old daughter for every night, which all other hotels never charge for one child under 12 year old. Which never stated while booking the hotel. located in a deadend road, a contruction site by the hotel.

Great place to be at, I'd go again and again. Great decor and nice people working there, the staff are so helpful. The bed was firm and comfy. Nice location.

Hotel looks great, design is amazing, pool is beautiful. The room at first looked great too, but then i saw some hair in the shower, dirt on the shower floor, dust everywhere. The AC started leaking in the middle of the night and we had to sleep in the humid and hot room. There was music playing in the hallway on every floor, which was fun during the day but then i noticed they played it even after 10pm, which was terribly annoying as all you want is to rest after a long hot day. Instead you hear american pop songs and feels like you stay in the hunted mansion. When one song started to play 5 times in a raw - i had to call the reception and request to shut it down. They did but I still wonder for how long would they play it. The best thing they had was the breakfast! no other hotel in Thailand could beat it - amazing thai traditional food with huge variety and choice. even desserts which blew my mind away!

I stayed there for one night. The hotel is located in a small alley which gives very good privacy. The room condition is very good, clean, and comfortable. The door lock is not automatic like regular hotels, though, so do not forget to lock your room.

The hotel itself was ok. Staff didn't speak very good English but we're very good. The hotel is surrounded by construction work (August 2014) so was incredibly noisy all day as they were drilling foundations. Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, toast, fruit and a choice of Asian dishes.

nice place to relax, good location , nice staffs. I will come back again
