I didn’t stay I left with my family it’s too dirty

Pictures of this property are extremely misleading to any would be traveler! A better description of this unsafe disgrace of a “hotel” would be. Welcome, to the ugly step child of the Choice Hotels family! Please excuse our closed off mess of a lobby, lack of hospitality management experience, security, lack of commercial or general house keeping practices and vagrant population. Please be courteous and mindful of our trafficking and illicit drug small businesses within our proud establishment. Room amenities include black mold, bed bugs, roaches, filthy curtains, questionable bed linens, non functional smoke detectors, questionable black tar like adhesive used to DIY repair our dilapidated flooring planks and non functional TV if one is even installed in your room. Late check out requests are optional as we will just issue our next guest with a key to the room to find you and your 4 dogs still occupying the space at 7:00 PM when checkout clearly was at 11:00 AM. We will then do a sweep of all the rooms on property praying that we find one vacant with working A/C and cleaned to our slum lord standards. All Towels are provided upon request and linens deposit.

Comfortable to stay here

Room had no security latch, holes in the bathroom door, no toilet seat, no towels and baseboards were falling off. Not to mention the drug activity outside all night. We stayed because it's so hot in Phoenix it had air conditioning but we left as soon as it cooled off around 10: 30 pm.

Literally nobody at the front desk was there to get me in to my room. So paid for a non refundable room that i never got to use. Thanks for stealing my money

The check in and out was fast and simple. The property and my room was clean. No issues with noise. Was able to get really good sleep last night. Would recommend and stay again.

I don’t know how they are running a hotel and don’t know why it hasn’t been torn down.

Run down sketchy property and nobody was available to check us in. We had to make other arrangements in the middle of the night.

We arrived to check in office door open people outside and in doorway. No one at the desk they said they were waiting also. then also saw people smoking crack right next to the office. We got back in the car and left and did not check in.

I did not like this property but I get what u pay for . A lot of homeless people around

Its quiet and cost efficient hotel

How dare you offer someone a room that was already broken into before I even swiped my key card. Whoever checked me in told me that room was clean it was beyond disgusting the shower vent was completely burnt to a crisp no tv and the door didn’t even shut. There was a line of people complaining about their rooms and that should have been the first red flags of many. The whole room had an odor beyond disgusting to the point of gagging at how disgusting and horrible it was to be offered such a room. The Health department needs to see how you conduct your business because this is beyond unacceptable.
