We went there with a dog and it was perfect for our pet. Everything was well organised, we had dinner together and we used the pool also. The accommodation has a pet friendly zone so you can enjoy almost everything with your pet.

The location was OK, there were stores nearby and their restaurant, Surf and Turf had great food. Some disappointing facts: the WIFI was lousy, dropped off every device every 10 minutes! The staff did not know any English, beach seats were wooden, not adjustable. Hotel was full of Russians. Breakfast was served but food was bad quality and tasteless. Room was clean, but showers were in very bad condition.

Room was clean, Swimming pool was great. Little bit far from downtown and Bus Terminal.

Staff is incredible friendly and helpful. The rooms have a great view. The bathrooms are wonderful. I loved my stay so much I extended an extra day. Wonderful resort.

Long Beach Garden Resort in North Pattaya, Thailand is a spacious, clean hotel with good amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a nice beach area and large, attractive swimming pool with waterfalls landscaping. The rooms are very nice, with plenty of room to feel comfortable. The nearby area is an older part of Pattaya, and is quite a ways from the airport bus station. It does not have a great selection of restaurants and bars, and is not close to the draws of Walking Street, Pattaya Beach and Jomtien Beach. However, they are accessible by cheap (10 THB/30 cents US) open air truck taxis. Hired taxis are expensive. The buffet breakfast costs extra but is the average fare: nothing special. The swimming pool and beach do not have access for those who are mobility challenged, rather there are many steps to climb! If you need to stay in this area for business, it is a satisfactory place to stay, but if you want to see the main attractions, stay closer to Pattaya or Jomtien beaches. It is a big draw for tour company accommodation, especially for those tourists from Russia, China and Korea.

The hotel is old but maintainents is good. Spacious room, toilet just basic, balcony with seaview, a.c. working well. Forget about Wifi reception in the rooms, it doesnt work at all. Its weired they provide one single bed and one double bed in a room even though you book a double bed room for 2 persons. Breakfast is so so. In terms of room rates, it's a good deal.

All the staff (excluding cleaners) in this Hotel are appalling. They have zero concept of customer service or hospitality and are rude, disinterested if asked a question & if pressed for help or answers become aggressive.

Room mirrors were dirty. Bathroom had a smell from the drainage tubes. Hotel is old. Too many people.

Whilst the hotel itself was clean it is rather dated with fixtures and fittings in need of maintenance.

This hotel has a good breakfast. Everyday they will change. The view from the hotel room is very nice.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a well established building that looked (and felt) like it had seen days of grandeur, with a tall spacious entrance and reception area. The lower gardens and swimming pool looked very nice, with access the beach area. I would however, make a note that I only saw steep steps down to those lower areas so anyone physically handicapped should first check if there is an alternative way to them. A very good restaurant by the beach in the affiliated premises next door. At my time of arrival the reception was busy but never-the-less the staff were pleasant and handled things professionally. Checkout was smooth and efficient.

We only spent one night at the hotel, hence the next day we spent by relaxing on the beach having a massage, drinking cocktails. Everything offered by the hotel was good quality with affordable prices, would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you would like to stay a bit away from the heat of the central pattaya. PS: watch out for jellyfish.

when I went in they told me my room was being renovated and they will have to move me to the other hotel which was just around the corner ,, this was fantastic ,, my own pool right next to the back door very spacious room near the beach awesome,,
