We are just coming back from a lovely long weekend there and were very well looked after, spoiled even. A lovely charming accommodation with great hosts in a walking distance to the harbour and all the main amenities. Very clean and cosy, convenient parking just outside on the street, great cooked breakfast and fantastic variety too. Totally recommend!

We loved our stay very welcoming bottle of prosseco for my 50th bday was a very nice surprise jan and steve were grest hosts couldnt do enough hopefully were be back oh yer the dogs loved it to especialy there breakfast sausage 😊 😀

Exceptionally clean, very comfortable beds and pillows, our room was the only room without on suite, however bathroom was just along the corridor for our room use only. Excellent breakfast provided. Jan and Steve were very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely visit again.

I highly recommend this B&B. My partner and I had some car issues on route and our host was super accommodating and helpful. The building is beautiful, we had a very comfortable bed, is was clean and tidy throughout and in the morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. 10/10.

The upfront communication was very good so we were well prepared for our stay. We found parking just outside the restrictions and only 15 yds from the B&B, so left our car there for the duration. A parking permit was available should we have needed it. To note, from Torquay town centre there is a hill to negotiate. That isn't unique this B&B as there are many establishments in the same location and beyond. It's something to bear in mind, for us it was a useful way to work off dinner. We had ensuite room at the top of the house. It's very homely and was spotlessly clean. The beds are amazingly comfortable and we had everything that we could possibly need for a perfect stay. We had to book a time slot for breakfast due to social distancing which was no trouble at all. Breakfast was exceptionally good and that comes from two vegetarians, one of whom is very fussy. There is a lovely lounge area and pleasant outdoor seating too. We didn't take advantage following long days spent exploring and a good dose of sea air. Dawn is the perfect host and helped greatly with our itinerary. I had carried out some research but missed an option that was suggested, the Paignton to Kingswear steam train leg with included ferry to Dartmouth. I'd discounted this thinking it was only part of the "Round Robin". It's a while since I have stayed at a B&B, from this experience it would be a simple yes to staying here again.

Lovely stay, its in a fab location 5 mins walk from town center. Breakfast is great and free parking permits are a bonus!

Dawn was just the loveliest lady, very warm and hospitable. The house itself is just gorgeous and full of character, we have a sneaking suspicion Dawn likes a duck or two. Breakfast was delicious and service was excellent. The wealth of information Dawn provides in her welcome pack is second to none. Make sure to visit and you wont be disappointed.

Great place, the owners are very friendly, only a five min walk from Torquay centre, very quiet and comfortable rooms. Will definitely be going back again. Oh and the breakfast is superb.

Very nice house in a central but quiet area, driven by very kind people. Clean, great breakfast for a very moderate price. All in all a great atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay at Ashleigh house. The room was fully equipped, very clean and very comfortable. Dawn and David were friendly and welcoming. Our boys fell in love with Oscar, the resident dog. The location was great for us, very quiet. It is uphill, but only a short walk to the harbour.
