Stunning landscape and fabulous and tranquil spa

Hotel chosen for late arrival, having 24h reception service, restaurant open until 10pm and as backup room service until 9.30pm. But useless management and planning leas to kitchen refuseing ro serve any food to guest from 8pm, exept already reservations. Hence not even a simple meal with room service. This in a town closing 9 or 10pm, so pratically not possible to get a meal anywhere.

Not allowed to enter Pool after early checkout at 10.30. No pets allowed anywhere. Staff not friendly acting like robots. Spa are quite decent.

The hotel was in an excellent location, the room was great with a nice balcony and staff was awesome. The only thing we did not like was the pillows.

Hotel markets themselves actively with pictures of several swimming pools. My son and I made a terrible mistake and selected the hotel based on that - once we got to the site we were told that the pools are possible to use only by adults. Really "nice" situation to explain to your 7 year old son who had travelled in a car for the whole day waiting to get a dip. The personnel did not even say they are sorry about it or tried to make any effort to help with the situation but seemed to have really negative attitude in general towards kids.
In addition the rooms do not have much sound proof so we had to listen for the whole night the neighbours snorring or doing something else in their rooms.
This was the worst hotel experience for us ever and it didn't come cheap. Recommend taking your stop somewhere else than this blunt resort.

Small room, hard to say how it’s normally are but during corona it was not much to do in the area or in the hotel.

It was a pleasant stay. Food was amazing . Staffs were helpful .
However, the room needs more cleaning . We could see stains on the cushions in bed. And there are spiders on the ceiling . We could hear people talking whenever they walk by. Unless we close the corridor door .
Other than that, it wad a really pleasant stay. Will definitely return!

The room didn’t live up to a 4 stars hotel expectation. The building although renovated had still lots to do in order to gain freshness and the quality or space did not match the price range unfortunately.

Very nice room with lots of space. Bathroom was way above average. All high end fixtures. Service excellent as was breakfast.

A few days stay for a friends wedding in the area. The hotel was a great place to stay, ample space, comfortable and very good breakfast. 5* overall rating really down to the staff who are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Also incredibly helpful (I forgot a laptop!) that they kindly arranged to post back to me with good grace. First time in Denmark and left with a great impression.
