This was a one night stay to catch up with friends. Four couples booked the same level of room separately and were surprised to find our rooms were all different. Two couples had reasonable rooms with balconies, one scored a large apartment style room with spa. Unfortunately we got the windowless room with not much in it. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable but the tile floor was extremely cold and there was little hot water and no bedside lamps. The hotel itself is very quirky with markets and small restaurants downstairs some with loud music. The whole place has an Italian theme and there are many corridors making both accommodation and downstairs hard to navigate. The hotel is in a convenient location and okay for one night stay. We would probably not book again.

A great overnight stay. This was our second stay here. A pair of earings was left in the room and Peter went out of his way to contact us once they had been found. Very much appreciated.

No hot water in the bathroom evening and in the morning. No one on the desk to complain to at 8.10am. Rang to complain when we arrived home and receptionist said someone would ring on Thursday. Still no satisfaction. Hence the bad review.

This hotel is unique. It is strangely integrated into a mall with restaurants a cinema and shops (although not all open as I went on a special day of celebration) The design is very interesting but not so easy to find your way. My only complaint is that in the room the wi-fi was not good. It might be that our room was very far from the reception desk. Even so we enjoyed being there

I loved how the aesthetics it is beautifully old fashioned but with modern rooms the cinema was just there so many dining options , short walk to ettalong beach which was lovely after a beautiful meal , everything you need in a stay , quiet safe and friendly staff . I would stay again for sure

It’s a very eccentric property designed to look like a Spanish villa. It has a great atmosphere. The rooms are very unique but very clean. The property appears like a shopping centre from the outside and inside has a galleria shopping food & bar area. The customer service was good and our reservation was fast and easy. .

Was a great place to stay. Very central to the town centre but plenty of shopping and dining options literally outside the room door. Pool was little but did the job. Check in very smooth and staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Although the property is dated it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Bed was fine and the unique character of the place with all the Italian trimmings and quaint furnishings as well as interesting little shops was a place I could recommend. We only said one night but the accommodation wasnjust what was just what we needed. Check in staff member, Peter, was very welcoming and obliging.
