We enjoyed our 3-night stay in this beautiful stone building located a few steps away from bicycle/walking trails. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, and the shower was fantastic. The kitchen was well-equipped with a full-sized fridge. After reading earlier reviews we brought our own condiments (cooking oil, salt and pepper) but there were plenty of cleaning supplies, towels etc. Conveniently close to restaurants and grocery stores. We will return!

the bed we had was like sleeping on the floor - it was not comfortable....slept there 2 nights and woke up with back problems each day....I can't believe in 2021 - they can't provide a real bed....sorry for the price - I will not recommend this place

Quiet place, nice sunroom, perfect for reading on a rainy day.

Very comfortable bed. Lots of room, very clean. Great location. Would happily stay there the next time we are in the area.

We stayed a week+1 to escape from heat. Our rooom was accessiblue directly from the parking lot. Airconditioning was quiet and effective. Kitchen useful. Only down side was room cleaning at cost, so we cleaned the room with the provided broom. Could have been 5-star if house cleaning was provided at least once a few days. Would like to stay again if we visit the area again--in autumn.

Run down needs some tlc. The location is great but the building needs windows replaced and a good paint job

The low to the ground Murphy bed was very soft, springy and uncomfortable to say the least. The flimsy "sofa bed" was dirty and hard like wood. Besides check In, we never saw any staff. The coffee maker still had coffee grinds in it from the last guest. Also, there is no nightstand in the room which is inconvenient and you have to get out of bed to turn off the light. To say the least....we were very disappointed.

We did not sleep much because both the double bed and sofa bed were extremely uncomfortable.Otherwise the hotel is ideally located both between Magog and Orford. Most of the other attractions are close by as well. The pool was nice but the water should have been heated to a higher temperature.

I only spent time there for sleeping because I was busy elsewhere close by.

Overall we would recommend this place and would stay there again...easy to find....nice room...high end bathroom with amazing shower. Ate across the street at a nice French restaurant...wish we spoke French, food was good but we weren't sure of exactly what we ordered! A little pricey.

Staff was not nice. Instead of making customers feel at holidays and relaxed , you get the feeling that the there is a op checking on you on each thing you do. "You cant leave the towels hanging to dry them outside, who used the BBQ, clean the things you do. At least we were told what to do 3 times each day. When we left we were relief that we were coming back home. If you want to relax this is not the place to do it.

The hotel is well located, but our room was not clean when we arrived.

I rated condition/maintenance lower as it appeared the hotel was newly renovated and we had some problems with entrance door. Otherwise very good.

The resort is near all the conveniences and attractions that Magog offers.We enjoyed our stay, the room was good except for its location in the resort, it was in the basement of the building and a strong smell of misty, mildew air meets you as soon as your enter the stairway leading to the room that we had. fortunately, the smell was not in the room otherwise we would have made a quick dash out of there.

We booked the room based on it being fairly close to Sherbrooke Quebec.We were there to pick up my youngest Daughter from university the next morning.The noise from 11:20pm till about 12:40 pm was Horrible! kids running up and down the hallways. doors to other rooms left open and people partying! At around 11:40 i called the manager or whoever was in charge and they said they would tell the people to keep it quiet. that lasted for about 10 minutes. at about 12:00 my wife had to open the door and tell the kids to stop running up and down the hallways! When we booked, the ad said balcony, and Breakfast. they told there was no breakfast. she also said she moved us to a better room, but it turned out worse. also there was no balcony.

Room was modern, clean and very comfortable bed. Bathroom shower is amazing. No hesitation recommending this condo/hotel to anyone.
