It was amazing... great ambiance... great get away for a few days... just simply fantastic place...

It has been the best lodge I have ever seen. It is over a mountain facing an infinite valley. The sunset there is speechless. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The food is great. The room was very spacious and we had also a private patio with a small pool. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place surrounded by the nature.

It was located in quite, great view area and I could see incredible beautiful sun set scene from my room bed with coffee!! It was one of the greatest sun set scene in my experience. We can enjoy breakfast in great view with sun rise from terrace. Strongly recommended. Staffs are kind and friendly.

Cleam, comfortable, an amazing view, great staff and good food, local advice and tips. Highly recommended. Only downside was no wifi in rooms.

It was amazing - the whole experience although only 1 night was exceptional!

Everything was perfect, especially the location and the outstanding service (I forgot my Ipad, they found it in my room and sent it to my home address in Holland). Moon mountain lodge is really a jewel in the desert!!

Very nice lodge with a view on the savanna. Excellent service by the staff and good food quality. Comfortable room We had the very nice surprise to have a hot water bottle in our bed to warm it as the outside temperature was low during our stay.

Great place! That’s all I can say. If you are in the area you cannot miss it. I will definitely be back once in the area again. Just be there, relax and meditate. Happiness is not that difficult .

Rooms are large, bed comfortable, lighting standard, not as good as I would like. Staff very good, food very good. Nice vista from every room. Few animals during our two nights Remote location. Room acces iffy for those with mobility issues. For most people no problem. I would reccomend to a friend.

Fantastic place with huge rooms and an amazing view over the Namib desert, both from the restaurant and the room. Great diner and great breakfast. Definitely recommended!

Due to the Covid the hotel was very empty and we were the only guests staying at the lodge the first night, which gave the stay a bit of an eerie atmosphere. Nevertheless the staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious with spectacular views, albeit slightly dated.

Great escape into the desert. Peaceful and the sunrises and sunsets are out of this world! The staff are also pretty amazing and go out of their way to make sure youre comfortable.

We chose this property because we wanted to "glamp" and it exceeded our expectations. We views are incredible, facilities are beautiful, food was delicious (breakfast and dinner are included), and the staff were amazingly friendly and personable. The location is about 1 hr from the Namib-Naukluft Park entrance to Sossuvlei & Sesriem which is very convenient. It was the perfect getaway--and a desert oasis--for my husband and I who wanted to get away from busy city life. We highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

Moon Mountain Lodge is located in a beautiful spot where you can enjoy the sunset from the veranda while having a refreshing bath in the private mini pool. Service was really good, they let us in to our room before check in time and the staff were really helpful and accommodating. The rooms were large, comfortable and well equipped. The Lodge is located just under two hours from Sossusvlei with its beautiful sand dunes.

Loved the location and the staff! Fantastic views and quietness. Would have liked some heating in the rooms (it was freezing when we were there.)

Beautiful Hotel on the Mountain,Great view over the landscape, unfortunately pool very cold, futile and not very clean. The hotel is located about 60 km north of Sessriem and unfortunately in very bad road conditions. The buffet was okay, the breakfast buffet was a bit boring. The drinks in the hotel overpriced.

The view was beautiful, I loved the room which was very spacious along with the bathroom. The splash pool was great. The view from the main lodge for dinner was amazing and the service was really good. Someone was always there to help.

Great location with amazing views. Food and staff were great. Only downside was a lack of basic lighting outside the lodges and we ran out of water but once we raised this to their attention the sorted it out and offered an alternative lodge for a shower.

We arrived late afternoon after a dusty drive from Windhoek and couldn't believe our eyes when the lodge appeared built on the side of a mountain. Our room was amazing with a private plunge pool and the most amazing views across the Naukluft Mountain Zebra Park. Hannes, Wilkkah, Dinally and the two Fessys' and all the staff made our six night stay wonderful. When visiting Solssusvlei do not miss the world beating accomodation and service that comes with Moon Mountain Lodge.
