I had a fantastic stay at this wonderful guest house. The hosts were very friendly, hospitable and helpful. And it was a lovely guest house which is situated very close to the Brighton beach and other amenities. I really enjoyed my stay here. Very highly recommended.

The guesthouse is only a few minutes away from the seaside. It's a lovely building, beautifully kept and nicely furnished. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, the place is quiet and comfortable and the breakfast is a treat. Highly recommended!

Stayed for one night and it was first class. The whole place is spotless and the hosts are very friendly and hospitable. Bedroom was very tasteful and comfortable with an excellent, freshly cooked breakfast. Parking is available on street and is payable at the guest house. 2mins walk to beach. Was a great location for a gig I attended at patterns which is 5mins away. When staying in Brighton again I will be sure to book and would recommend to anyone considering a stay here.

Accomodation and service was excellent but the outside noise and the area took the edge a little off the stay.

Lovely guest house. Our room was spacious, with a bow window. Bathroom was small but excellent. Breakfast was delicious. The hosts were friendly and kind. The street was noisy Saturday night, so I would recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Really nice stay for conference there. The hosts were really friendly to talk to. The English breakfast has been really nice as well. I have got a lucky upgrade to the Standard Double room Ensuite on the Second floor. The overall experience has been really good and I will come back if I am heading back to Brighton!

The B&B is in a great location, it’s clean, neat, tidy and run by the best of people. Nothing we asked for was a problem and breakfast was fantastic. We will be back.

Warm welcome and friendly service. Will stay again

Dropped our bags off to spend the day and evening in Brighton centre, the owners greeted us as we arrived and showed us our room, told us when breakfast is and offered us maps of the city and things to do, which we would have taken had we not have already knew our way around and made plans. The room was super cosy with lots of space too, very warm in the night as we had control over the radiator. Breakfast at 8:30 - 9:30 was excellent: cereals and a full english with tea or coffee. Everything we needed for one night and added to the joy of the trip.

I stayed at Coward's for a weekend whilst visiting a friend who lives there. The two ladies who had only just taken over running the guest house were extremely friendly and welcoming and I felt very relaxed and at home there. The room was a decent sized double with shower and a wash basin (the toilet is a shared one with the room next door but this was never a problem) and all the mod cons that it is good to have (fridge, tea/coffee, iron , hairdryer, WiFi and TV) and I goy my own key so I could come and go as I pleased and there is an excellent Full English Breakfast included that is served at the reasonable time of 9:30-10:30. I was not hassled when I checked out even though I was an hour after the check-out time and I would definitely go back there.
