Stayed for one night on a visit to Sequoia Park. Found the hotel, room, bathroom, service all very good. Free breakfast in the lobby was a nice touch. Front desk staff was very pleasant. Excellent value for the very reasonable price.

A very nice clean room. I can see that they renovated it recently. No bugs or cockroaches. There was a TV with cable channels and a small fridge.
The only downside I found is that because of the way other people parked by taking 2 spots for one car, I wasn't able to park my car in the inner yard and had to park it outside. However, nothing happened.

We found a few cockroaches in our room, is was in a sketchy area. I assume maybe an unlucky room.
Other than that it had a great price, and had a 10 minute walk to downtown which was nice and a lot of food options.
And the property itself was very beat up. The rooms very very nice though.

Never Ever Going Back To This Place.
They Charge Me For The Cover Off The Remote Control $Fifty. When The Remote controller Never Had A Cover Form The Beginning. Also She Said It Had To Be Cash Or Else They Would Charge My Car $one hundred$ On My Card. Argue With The Lady But didn't wanted to understand to avoid getting charge $one hundred$ on my card just give them $fifty$ but never ever going again carefull out there people. That's All i had to say about this place...Bad Bad

It was clean enough, there is no elevator so if you have accessibility challenges you should notify them at time of booking.
The second floor walkway looks like its falling to bits, but the rooms have been recently updated. The area is walkable, with nice coffee shops and the downtown area close by.

Place is old but is kept up nice. New vinyl fllors and paint in room. Shower pressure and wifi good. Parking is very tight, especially if you have a truck. Overall great bang for your buck

It's a great motel for the price. It's a spacious room with microwave and a coffee machine. The morning breakfast was alright. Better than expected for the price of 89$ for a night for 2

Building seems to be unkempt and falling apart. When I checked in, lady was very rude. Room did not have deadbolt so that was concerning and a lot of racket outside. Their towels looked used and gross l. I just didn’t use them because they looked dirty. One of our lights didn’t work, huge gap in the door and when walking upstairs the ground feels soft and like it’s not “up to code”. And the free breakfast? Forget it lol

Really pleasantly surprised. Checkin was smooth and seamless. Friendly clerk (David) was helpful and promptly responded to a room call for help.
We had a single bed and the room was recently renovated and looking great.
Clean room, bathroom and bed was comfortable. The shower did take 90 seconds to get hot so don’t be put off.
Breakfast items included hot coffee, fruit, yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs. More than sufficient for me.
Parking is safe and plentiful.
Price is market rate.
I would stay again. Hope this helps y’all.
