Not clean. Broken tub handle. No toiletrees. No clean towels

The maids were so sweet here.

Ads state continental breakfast offered, but not in the last 3 yrs, the pool isn't usable, the wifi was off more than it was on, our TV was green and lined on everything we tried to watch, they charge $ 20 per animal daily on top of the daily rate if you travel with a dog or cat. We had to bring in extra furniture for storage of food, the shower head didn't work and we ran out of hot water daily and had to wait for it til either late at night or first thing in the dawn. Not to mention the ongoing roaches in our room. The staff and family running the business are nice but needs better care.

When we booked it said there was nothing else to pay but we were surprised with a $50 deposit, we were told that the hotel had pre-check the schedule room trouble finding our reservation. When we got into our room somebody else was checked in under our reservation. We had to wait for them to find us another room which made us late to our activity for the evening. Then when they found us a new room, we got into it and it was dirty. Trash in the garbage cans, shoe prints all over the floor, and muddy shoe prints all over the bathtub.

The door has big huge gaps.it was dirty filthy. Shower curtain broken. Gaps in the door a 1/4 inch. The pool.area is filthy pool was not clean at all it was locked when we got there. Guest who have been there a week said it's locked 5 days. The area is tweekers people fighting woke us up at 5 am. The shower curtain broke they came to fix it but in the middle of my shower with shampoo in my hair wasn't enjoyment not to mention the plus in the room were mostly not working. Blow dryer didn't work. The pictures you show on this site are not true to the real deal. I have never been to a room that was this bad. I was up all night looking for bedbugs along with roaches. This place is a hazard in many ways along with the plug the microwave was plugged into. I would remove this from booking.com. I use booking for all my stays. They should be inspected.

Unfortunately, there was anything I liked about the property. The pool was green and the room smells like mold.

The front desk person allowed us to use the pool after hours being we had just spent the whole day out in the 103+ hot sun for a softball tournament. just asked us to be quiet so nobody else knew we were using it.

the beds were SUPER hard, the room had bad odor upon entering that needed gallons of body spray to somewhat neutralize. The room overall needed a makeover… the TV quality was horrible, the shower got water everywhere but in the shower & the shower curtain was useless.
