Absolutely stunning! Dream come true location. This was our best stay of our entire trip around Spain. Very modern rooms but with the history and culture surrounding the hotel. The views of the cathedral were unreal and the terrace was incredible! It couldn’t get better than this, we will definitely be back.

First time in Sevilla, absolutely loved this apartment, the view from my unit was stunning best view of the cathedral, modern style, clean, and staff friendly and fast to answer. Shops, restaurants, tours are all walking distance. Looking forward to coming back in the future!!! 💯 recommend!

The room itself was great. You need to be aware that there are multiple properties with the same name, and two of them are right across the street from the cathedral. I chose the first Puerta Catedral that showed up on Google Maps which turned out to be the wrong one. I called the number (there is nobody there to help you after 5:30PM) and the person was not helpful. If she had just said, "We have two properties within 150M of each other, it's possible you are at the wrong location" we could have solved the issue in seconds. Instead there was about 5 minutes of her asking irrelevant questions.
Good hotel, bad customer service. Definitely verify which location you are booked into.
Also, parking is public parking far from the hotel.

I recently stayed at Puerta Catedral Suites in Seville, Spain, and it was a fantastic experience! The service was excellent from the moment I made my reservation. The suite itself was perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both equipped with showers, comfortably sleeping up to 7 people.
The decor is modern, and the apartment was spotless. It had a full kitchen with everything we needed: a microwave, cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, juicer, toaster, plates, utensils, and a dishwasher. The only thing missing was a clothes washer/dryer, but there is a nice laundromat about 2 blocks away, which was very convenient.
The best part is that it is located right across the street from the Catedral de Sevilla. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore all the city's major attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs we had.
Overall, my experience at Puerta Catedral Suites was outstanding. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay in Seville with excellent service and an unbeatable location, I highly recommend it. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to this beautiful city!

We stayed here for two nights the suite was clean, spacious and had everything that you needed in the kitchen. The rooms were spacious. And the terrace view amazing. The apartment is situated right in front of the cathedral. The communication with the customer rep was excellent.

You can’t beat this amazing location and head on view of the Cathedral! The stay was perfect for our group of 5 and the beds were comfortable with quality bedding. Bathrooms were basic but modern and spotless. Highly recommend this lovely place which also has a wonderful rooftop where we did our own yoga in the sunrise looking over the cathedral!

Really. Everything was perfect. Originally I had booked a five star hotel but switched and literally right across the Cathedral. The view was insane. Awesome staff via what’s app! I would never stay anywhere else this was perfect for our family of 4! Gracias. Mucho

The shower drain was clogged and despite having people come in to fix it, it was still quite clogged and congested, causing flooding whenever we showered. As such i had to avoid showering as much as possible due to the flooding

Location in the heart of Seville, but with this being said there is a lot of noise! If you are a light sleeper you will not get a good night sleep. You’ll hear people singing in the middle of night especially in a bedroom with two single beds!
Bathrooms are very small.
Light sensor at the hallway should be adjusted because it’s not turning on when you step out from the elevator or apartment. We stayed for 6 nights and only one cleaning was provided in the middle of our stay, and it was not superb! TV channels not working properly. Looks like channels are streamed from internet.

I travel a lot and nothing compares to the location of the Cathedral Suites. In addition, the staff was lovely. They were helpful and responsive. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Seville.

My husband and I travelled with our 5 year old and booked a 2 bedroom suite, which to our surprise was very spacious, comfortable, modern and clean. Above all, we were blown away by the view and location - it's got to be the best location in Sevilla. The rooftop is incredible and so underrated. We can't imagine staying anywhere else when we come back to Sevilla.

We loved that we were so close to everything we wanted to see in The center of the city. The rooftop views were an extra special treat. Acclimations were comfortable and clean. Check in was excellent and we were even allowed to drop off our bags early. The street was busy with lots of restaurants and shops but the rooms were quiet at night. We had no trouble sleeping. I would absolutely stay here again.

Property was managed very well, with great amenities and efficient use of space. Excellent location with the best view of the cathedral. The only problem we had was with one of the showers getting clogged, which we were told would be taken care of during cleaning, but was a recurring issue.

Amazing location and great apartment! In the middle of everything and literally across the street from the Cathedral and Real Alcazar! 4 of us were very comfortable and there is an additional full size bed in the living room. The rooftop terrace is amazing but the balcony from the apartment is great as well. I’d definitely stay again.
