What an excellent find. Warm and welcoming it was just what I needed. The staff were very helpful the breakfast was all you could ask for and the shower was hot. I left my tech at home and had a most enjoyable stay with my radio and book for company. I highly recommend this little gem for the discerning traveller.

I had forgotten how small and cramped the rooms were. Not really a problem as I was only staying one night while in. town for work Didn't use the shower in my room due to black mould. Very disappointing considering the price of B&B for one night. Made reception aware of this issue next morning. I wasn't looking for anything other than an apology and a show of interest which weren't. forthcoming. Will not stay here again. Over priced. Got a better deal from a 4 star hotel minutes away.

I loved my stay but if I could wave a wand a new matress- or a topper as the springs have gone. Also the water pressure in the shower was very low.

Not allocated the room I booked, no shower just a bath. Had to rearrange the twin beds to obtain more space between them. Booking in and out was fine but the room was not worth the £123 paid. Very dated, partially blocked sink, curtains did nothing to cut out light.

This was a lovely place to stay and enjoy the Salisbury Cathedral city experience.
Lots of positive points: quiet rooms, truly wonderful hospitality, proximity to the cathedral and town centre, great buffet breakfast, reasonable price. And the highlight was being able to stroll across the road to experience the beauty of a cathedral choral evensong service, with a superb Bach cantata and wonderful organ music (though you can access that even if staying elsewhere).
Only one disappointment for us, but a material one: the bed size - the double bed was really too small for two people, meaning a few sleepless nights.
Don't expect a ritzy international hotel, this is a simple but comfortable guesthouse, except for the bed issue!
Salisbury is a beautiful cathedral city, with so much history. Don’t miss a visit to Old Sarum and a walk in the footsteps of William the Conquerer and his successors!

Welcomed at check-in with a friendly face who was keen to make me feel at home. Room was clean with all the facilities one needs. Perfect location for the Cathedral and other places of interest (museums etc) as well as easy walking distance to the centre. Really quiet whilst in the room. Brilliant.

Basic accommodation but clean and well worth the price. Buffet breakfast with the standard food items is included and is tasty. Plenty of parking spaces available when we arrived. Location is very convenient for visiting the cathedral or the high street.

A really nice stay. Very basic, but I knew that. Clean & welcoming staff. Superb breakfast. Plenty to eat from the buffet. Good choice too. One little down side was the early checkout time of just 9.30am.

The location was wonderful, and the staff were kind. My only real complaint is that it would have been nice to have some soap in the room for showering, instead of just hand sanitizer by the sink.

The hotel is a true gem with breathtaking views of the Cathedral. The building itself is beautiful and the location is perfect.
Justine was an absolute star! Her friendliness and helpfulness went above and beyond. We had a last-minute dietary change and she went out of her way to accommodate us with a delicious vegan breakfast to go.
We couldn't fault our stay at all and can't wait to return!

Lovely twin room with two windows with a view of the cathedral spire. Quiet outside and in the corridor.
Great little ensuite with a strong shower.
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Cooked breakfast and continental in a lovely sunny dining room.
Staff friendly on arrival, departure and inbetween. Good value for money. Can't wait to come again.

The location is great. Good breakfast. The room not so great. Very old fashioned with uneven floors. Carpet in bathroom. Toilet very difficult to flush. Bed ok but not great. Warm in the evening cold in the morning. Key difficult to turn.

Although the room was simple, it was very clean and comfortable. The location was phenomenal, directly across from from the Salisbury Cathedral in the Cathedral Close. It felt very special to be able to stay there. The included breakfast was very good. Highly recommended for a very unique stay.

A brilliant location, right by the cathedral, in a lovely area and very close to the centre. Breakfast is great. Room was basic but all I needed, clean and comfortable enough. No TV, but good wifi. The staff were all lovely and helpful. You can pay a deposit for a key to the external gates to the close should you be arriving back late - I ended up not needing this, but had one just in case. It was quiet at night. Would recommend.

The room is spacious and comfortable; the only bad thing about it is that you can hear the others opening and closing their door. It's clean and the breakfast is decent. The building is ideally located, in a quiet neighborhood, and just in front of the cathedral; parking available on site is really convenient.

Second time we have stayed at Sarum College. Absolutely perfect except I hadn’t booked a room with a shower, just a bathtub. I am physically challenged and not able to step in nor sit in a tub but we managed. Lovely view of the Cathedral just across the street!

The property is in a fantastic location and is stunning. It's reasonably priced and includes breakfast. The rooms have limited control of heating at times, plug sockets are limited, and there are no TVs. WiFi is adequate in most locations, and there are tea/coffee facilities. Access is provided with your own key, but after 11pm access has to be prearranged.
