Staff was helpful, place was clean… peaceful and we were able to get much needed sleep.

Ignorant staff whe we arrived, and also at checkout. I would not recommend this property to anyone!

Great hotel and a great location for our actives

Everyone was very welcoming and nice. They have a place to securely store luggage if you need that while you're out. We needed that as we where checked out of the hotel but still in the area doing an excursion. Breakfast was really good and the hotel is clean and quiet.

We had a good stay at Holiday Inn. The hotel is kinda old but it’s clean and the bed is comfortable. Reception is friendly and their free breakfast is decent. There’s free cookies, cold water and coffee in the lobby in the afternoon.

The room was nice and clean! Spacious, comfortable beds. One big NO is sofa mattress. We had 3 adults and 3 kids. So, we had to use pull out sofa and the mattress was horrible, impossible to sleep on.My daughter put sofa pillows on the floor and slept on them. The mattress was ripped and it felt like metal cage covered with a sheet. The breakfast had plenty of options. Everything tasted good. We came down for breakfast around 8 am on Saturday and it was very crowded and the staff did not keep up with maintenance of the buffet. We had to wait for about 15 - 20 minutes for some items( omelets , gravy, ). Was not a big deal for us . But could be if we had a tour booked for earlier time. The hotel is conveniently located to some attractions in the area. Antelope canyon, hoarse shoe bend, lake power. Etc. We would stay here again, if we had only 4 people, but with 6( because of the sofa situation), it’s not an option.

Conveniently located near Lake Powell and other tourist attractions in the area. Well maintained hotel, run efficiently by the staff with decent amenities and breakfast buffet. Easy check-in and out process with a 24/7 front desk.

The front desk people were super nice and friendly. However the hotel was not clean and very run down. The restroom on the main lobby had toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor. The bin was full and the floor was muddy. I thought it was because we arrived late and it was the end of the day. However, it was the same the next morning. The towels had a fowl small. one of the rooms had a clogged toilet and our guest had to change rooms late at night.

It was a good stay. Comfortable beds. Room was not ready at check in even though it was after 3 PM, but it was a short wait. Unfortunately, we received the room next to the breakfast area so we woke up early in the morsning.

Great location. Jacuzzi not working pool ice cold. Room was pretty clean. Shower curtain stained. Requested towels never received. Staff was not courteous nor attentive throughout property. Dining patio was full of debris and trash. Needs employees who like their job and do it well.

Stayed four nights and enjoyed the wonderful breakfast options . Very clean and comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Room was not a suite as defined by every other hotel I've stayed in, no hot breakfast available, room smelled of an unpleasant air freshener and the outlets did not have USB ports for charging. I love Holiday Inn Express but this hotel does not live up to IHGs standards.

Deceiving representation on website regarding hot breakfast and pool. There is NO hot breakfast available, and the pool is closed. Price adjustment required to compensate for the abcence of advertised amenities. However, the management didn’t offer any compensation even after I requested it. The front staff said “ It’s unfortunate that we have no hot breakfast, and the pool is closed” Also, the towels are The dollar store quality and size, not the hotel quality. This hotel is disgrace for the reputable Holiday Inn hotel chain.

Great location. We were disappointed that the pool was closed and they didn’t serve any hot breakfast. Other than that it was great.
