The bed was very comfortable. We would have had the best sleep but we didn’t realize how close to the train tracks the hotel was. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of choices including my favorite cinnamon rolls. There are a couple of dining options just a short walk away. There are signs in the parking lot that made us think it is in a high theft area. We will probably stay here again.

The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of the guests. Hotel amenities are adequate and the location is convenient. The accommodations for people with disabilities like my wife was very good. The free breakfast offering is a plus. We will be repeat customers If we’re in this area again.

Check in was great, front desk receptionist was absolutely awesome. I am horrible with names but she definitely went above and beyond from check in to calling to make sure everything in the room was okay. This was our second time staying here and it won't be the last.

Staff was friendly and took good care of my family. There seemed to be dog hair on the floor and furniture and candy or something stuck to one of the comforters. We also only had 3 regular sized towels in the bathroom for 5 people staying in our room. The hot tub was freezing, and the pool was like a hot tub, but overall, the trip was a success and our stay was good.

and advised me to go on line and book the room so I would know what will be charged for the room.

The staff were friendly and available when needed. The room was clean and it had enough towels, hand towels and wash cloths. The key cards worked well.
There was one problem and it was no one's fault: the soap dispenser in the bathroom slid down the wall overnight and was not sticking. Overall, it was a great stay!

It was a great stay. Carpet needs cleaned. If you went barefoot in room your feet got dirty. Bathroom door would not shut completely without sticking to where it was hard to get out.

Check in staff were awesome. We arrived early and both ladies were so helpful in checking us in before the scheduled time. Our room was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Overall, a great experience. Definitely recommend.

There is a frequent number of trains that are audible. I was not impacted but something worth noting if that affects you. I’ve stayed here multiple times, but on this visit there was an odd sound that persisted that can only be described as someone blowing through a kids toy-almost like a deer call or party favor. Sort of unsettling.
The complimentary breakfast is on point and worth the stay and after a long day on the road I’m greet always greeted by Jesse who is friendly and polite and accessible.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very personable. We made our reservation on the way from the hospital due to a family emergency, and everything was accessible and ready to go.

The property is in disrepair. The lobby area was nice but halls, fitness center and our room were in poor shape. The room was not cleaned well prior to our arrival. Very dusty, not vacuumed, tape and streamers on the walls from a previous guest, a hand print on the bathroom door from lotion or soap. They did provide toiletries in the showers but the body wash was empty.

Despite having made a reservation in September of 2023 for a 4 night stay, we checked in and discovered someone else was already in the room checked out to us and we were told to leave due to the hotel being full. We were then charged for our first night again 2 days later.

Not impressed. Staff seems distant except for friendly lady who worked the breakfast. The place has an aged, worn look to it. Couches in lobby are gross.
