Quiet, clean

Location was good. Room was clean. Price was good compared to other nearby hotels. Everything in room worked just as it should...internet, tv, lights, AC...

Breakfast was a disappointment because only one table and a family using it. Staff didn't seem overly happy but were accommodating.

This hotel is being renovated. The room is basic with new laminated floors. The room price was great value. The breakfast was basic, coffee, waffles, cereals. The hotel was a convenient location and the bed was comfortable.

It was cheap

Not very clean, many stains on the furniture and holes in the walls. Run down and grubby. I guess you get what you pay for.

Location

They had a $50 incidental charge, which I contacted them several times to remove. Finally, I had to contact the credit card company to challenge the charge to my credit card. I only slept there and did nothing else. The hotel has 90 days to respond to my challenge. I have stayed here before and had no problems. Not sure if I will stay here again.

The young man who manned the front desk, 24 hrs. a day, was very pleasant & helpful. Location was good.

Breakfast area too small! Not enough staff! Bathroom had no counter space to sit items on. Room was only cleaned up once & we had to request wash cloths & towels. Only saw one person doing everything & that was the young man who manned the front desk. I felt sorry for him.

Felt unsafe. Had to change rooms due to plumbing issues in first reserved room. 2nd room had things in the refrigerator and was not clean. Back door was broke and left open all night.

Non-smoking room clearly smelled of smoke.

the hotel seemed like it was just freshly renovated so mostly everything was clean and nice.

The waffle mix was rotten at breakfast time. The bathroom in the hotel room was dirty.

Tv, location

There was only one staff member. He was horrible. He even tried to make me pay in cash although my room was fully paid in credit card. Breakfast: late and most of the time there's only some bad coffee

Although there were several signs about "pardon our mess" "we are remodeling", we couldn't tell what was being remodeled. The metal bedframes were too close to the edge of the bed - each time we approached the bed, our toes hit the metal sheeting and made a loud noise. Some spots in the room had not been cleaned in a while - one drawer handle, in particular, had some kind of dirt caked on in a spot. There was also an indentation in the bathroom door where someone had hit it, although it didn't go through the door. All the doors were very loud, especially the outer door at the far end. We could hear people coming and going most of the night.

pillows weren’t very comfortable. 1 didn’t have a pillow case. Very small, not very good breakfast and tiny sitting area. Vending machine was out of bottled water. Parking lot very small hard to find a spot.

Breakfast was decent. Offered both hot and cold items.

Overpriced for the age and condition of this facility. Only thing new at this motel was the sign. Carpets were worn and seemed dirty. Towels were thin and had torn edge. Water was slow to drain.
