I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palm Garden, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was given all the information I needed for a comfortable stay.
The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Putra Jaya!

Didn’t quite like the need to walk up stairs to reach the reception and the lift lobby. My knees injury hurt badly that few days.

My wife and I had a great stay, the room was spacious, the shuttle from the hotel to IOI is very convenient and run every hours, the breakfast selection is great.
BTW, Thanks to FO team(include the ballman on that day) assisting me regarding our luggage and transportation inquiry, F&B team, Mr Zainol(Maintenance Mgr) for brief conversation about the hotel.
We enjoy our stay and we definitely will come back.

The staff was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The morning buffet was also really nice, lots of grewt options and good flavors. Generally, the property needs some work, but it has beautiful bones with large established trees and a goregous courtyard. We were told the property will be closed for 6 months in 2023 for renovation. Will be excited to see what they do. Our kids loved the pool which we essentially had to ourselves.

It is very good for the price I payed. Location is near a large shopping mall within 10 minutes walk. The hotel also provide free shuttle van to the mall every hour.
