Not a sound proof suite. Had a big king suite which is one of their better rooms and could hear people in the hallway from 5am. Stayed in a lot of hotels and never had that experience. Could hear whole family conversations

The stay was overall alright, the front desk was a bit disorganized, the one person was trying to over talk the other person and giving wrong information and confusing people.
The breakfast was nice, the coffee machine was great and the pool was fun.

I appreciated the strong posted notices about expectations for quiet behaviour from guests.

The Hotel listing says "Pet Friendly" but NOWHERE does it say that there is an extra $35.00 charge for a small dog. The person checking us in was less than helpful or apologetic in that regard.
Other properties state if there is an extra charge.
No hot water in the mornings, took a long time to heat up.

Incredibly noisy traffic from the highways that surrounded the hotel!! We will not be back.

The hotel reception, rooms, hallways and breakfast area are bathed in dark, gloomy colors. Lighting is yellowish. Furnishings are old. Bath products are from a different era. No blue box for recyclables. The place needs a refit. The reception staff were great!

Front staff was friendly and thorough at check in. Breakfast was great every morning. I found it quiet for sleeping through the night and the beds were comfortable.
The coffee/hot chocolate machine on the main floor outside the elevators was a nice touch as well.

There was a bit of a smell in the lobby as we walked in. Then we found out we were out on a floor that accept dogs.
And told something about sheets being stained but all good. I could not understand that and the hostess spoke so fast . Wished we had known in advance …

We found cockroaches in the bathroom and my kids didn’t want go to bathroom without me. We never had this kind of experience with BW and always stayed with them.

Great stay, very clean and quiet. Located in a newer cluster of hotels near downtown Lethbridge. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed a terrific stay at the Best Western Plus in Lethbridge. Our room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and clean. The breakfast provided a good variety of hot and cold options and the 24/7 coffee/hot chocolate station was a hit with our whole family. We spent a lot of time at the pool - the kids loved having a waterslide! Overall, this is a great hotel, especially for families, given the good value, available amenities, and its convenient location.

The woman at the front desk was lovely to deal with. We stayed for one night only as we passed through on a road trip. Great free breakfast options. Clean and comfortable room. Easy parking. Lots of gas stations and fast food available very close by. Would stay again.

Stayed one night on our way to Great Falls. Room was reasonably priced. Managed to get us adjoining rooms. Breakfast food selection was good. Staff were friendly. Wood definitye;y consider staying here again.
My only complaint is the AC in the room. The window curtains are right above the AC unit. When the fan is blowing, the curtains move away from the window and all the cold air goes up behind the curtain rather than into the room. Found the room extremely warm because of this. I have seen this same issue at numerous other hotels.

Our stay was probably the worst stay we had in a hotel not because of the hotel for any reason but to the kids and the parents that can’t teach there children to have respect for other guests running and screaming out till 0100 in the morning

The breakfast lady was awesome and did a great job. Checkin was great as well.
Our toilet wouldn’t flush the water down and I called the front desk. 2 hours later we still hadn’t seen maintenance. I went to front desk and asked about our toilet being fixed, the lady said she didn’t think it was urgent. I said a toilet was important and we had to use the one in the lobby. Very unprofessional. About 5 minutes later, the plumber came in and had us working in about 2 minutes.

The hotel was packed with sport teams and a choir group. The staff did an outstanding job of meeting needs of clients. Rooms were nice. Very clean. Would recommend.

We really liked our stay here, this was our first time very impressed with continental breakfast, bed was nice and comfy. Had concerns over having to change date of reservation but everyone was very accommodating and solved my concern which was very nice of them.
I would recommend this place and will defiantly be a return customer.

Prime Minister suite was wonderful, lots of area to enjoy ones stay. Whirlpool jets were not working in the pool area, wasn’t to pleased about being “bullied/harassed” by a large group of teenagers from a sports team, mocking my girlfriend and I as we swam together alone. Front desk assured us the team had a reserved time for them so guests could enjoy the facilities in the mean time.
