Great location right on the beach all rooms with balcony overlooking the massive pool. Rooms are well appointed clean but if not up in time can miss being refreshed. Gardens especially in the front and by the beach exit require a bit of attention. Restaurant on the ground floor,is ok, offers basic nothing exciting, great for the groups. Very convenient to local area for shops and trips into Pattaya. Would stay again.

The roms were good, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pool area could have been nice. But he lack of sunbeds made the vacation here a disapointment. 36 sunchaires available for 228 rooms. The location is good, But improvments need to be done in both customercare and facility’s.

Great hotel nice pools great location right on the beach right near all the shops but no one speaks English and it is next to impossible to communicate any basic requests. Other than that great spot mostly Russians

Enjoyed it very much and so nice and close to the beach. Breakfast was ok but the room was really nice, comfortable and clean.

Staff do not speak English,arrived late afternoon asked for iron,hotel have no iron and its 5 star hotel,ordered room service food after which had food poisoning,took ages to explain what we wanted to order,if you go to this hotel never order food and bring or buy your own iron,hotel in general is ok,but definitely not 5 star,service and hotel itself is 3 star 100%,but when you expect to have 5 star experience and not get it then you want to write negative reviews,it would be better if they say its 3 star and people would give honest good reviews as 3 star hotel,would not recommend and wouldn’t come back again. Breakfast is poor choice and the same every day,far to walk to main road,at least they could have shuttle bus, Our room was big with nice view but thats it,anyway not 5 star thats all.

No water pressure , smelly toilet , bath tub doesn't have hot water No one I repeat, no one speak a bit of english Internet extremely slow , and have to reconnect in every 5 minutes Breakfasts is not white people , they serv rice and thai food for breakfast . I have stayed in this hotel for a few times. Love the location and the pools. It’s quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya but close enough to enjoy the city when you feel like it. Most of the staff are great and very helpful. I encountered some with bad attitude as I was travelling with my European husband. All the facilities are well taken care if and very clean. My only criticism would be the air conditioner in my room which was freezing no matter how I tried to adjust. All in all I love this gem and will definitely stay there again.

Bird shot and dead cockroachs on the balcony. Cigarette burns on tiles in bathroom bare thin towels dirty pool and towels no staff and breakfast like a cattle feedlot. Do you want more. Take advice don't stay here

Breakfast was typical Thai 4 star hotel.Its a quiet location and close to beach with very good access. The room doors banged quite loudly. When I arrived (self drive) there was no obvious sign to say you were at the right place. I did like the surrounding area, better than average for Jomtien

Great hotel facility in fabulous location right on the beach. Room was nice with balcony and sea view. Management of this hotel is disgraceful. Non smiling staff, very little understanding of simple English, requests were often not understood, calls to reception were often just hung up because they didnt understand. Room service took 30 minutes to get menu and another 45 minutes for sandwiches. Dirty tray left in corridor for 2 days. Toilet paper, tissues not replenished. Breakfast poor choice western menu didnt go back after first experience. Staff slam doors of service room at all hours of the day and night that echoes throughout the building would wake the dead!

I call this hotel, the hotel of great potential, but it has yet to achieve it. On the first day, the concierge was quick to offer transport options that lined his & his friends pockets (the most expensive) while not offering or explaining the the very regular, reliable and cheap options for getting into town. On the second day, the power went out in the hotel for 6 hours with no appropriate generator to tide the hotel through. The reception said, "No electricity in this area." But all the shops and other hotels had their power and wifi working, so not true! The WiFi was horrible, very weak and always cutting out. The staff, seemed to act so inconvenienced when you asked them for simple hotel requests, like doing their jobs was an extra burden. The rooms were lovely and the maid service was excellent. As I said before, I call this hotel one of great potential as it needs better management and service.

Other reviews on the site are accurate--it's a beautiful, beach front hotel with clean rooms and great pools; there's no bar service by the pool; guests would be better off skipping breakfast; tour groups are in and out. One thing to add (and which affected our comfort rating) is that the rooms have connecting inner doors that are not solid, insulated or soundproofed, rather hollow with design press board coverings. Consequently, we could hear sounds down to whispers and paper being crumpled in the room next door and our neighbors could presumably hear the same from our room. Thus, although we enjoyed the pools and the cleanliness of our room, we would not stay again.

This is a great location not close to the beach, but on the beach. If you use the back exit you are on the beach, if you use the front exit you are on the main road just hold your hand out and ride a bot bus in to Pattaya 10 minutes’ or less ride.Hotel staff there for the customer. I ask for a room repair and it was completed on the spot. Needed help with printing some personal documents staff was there for me and I got copies made with no problems.The only reason I would not tell someone about the Hotel would be to keep it for myself.
