Great place to stay with pets. Excellent breakfast. I will be giving 5 stars once the pool and hot tub are open again. Was disappointed to find them closed during my stay.

Overall the stay was perfect. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, service was wonderful! Was disappointed that the pool and hot tub was out of service, so if that is a big thing for your decision, call the hotel directly. They are remodeling, so hopefully they will be back in use after the remodel is done!

Sara was amazing! She was so helpful and kind to us in dealing with our breakdown on the way to my son's wedding. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay! Thank all of you!

Location of this hotel was great. It’s on a busy street with lots of restaurants close by.
Front desk was amazing for check in/out.
Unfortunately, our room was a different story.
For the price we paid, we only expected a decent room, nothing fancy or over the top.

- floors were sticky
- bed and pillows were uncomfortable
- random stains on walls, floors, and sofa.

Very nice, clean hotel. Breakfast was included and they had a nice variety of food. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Many restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our visit.

Very pleased with the room and the hotel. Everything was top notch and probably one of the best rooms and hotels I have stayed in within the mid price range. Everything worked like it should, everything was exceptionally clean, and the area was excellent for dining as well as smaller shops, and also seemed very safe.

Loved everything. Had a few thoughts, tho. For 5 people staying, we only started with 1 large bath towel. Lots of hand towels and wash cloths, but we needed to go to the front desk for more bath towels.
Also, for a handicap bathroom, we noticed the long grab bars in the tub were loose. It looks like they had been repositioned a couple of times. But they held firm when pressing down on them.
A final thought - breakfast was EXCELLENT!!! 😍😍

Our room had random (not sure if they were bodily) fluids splattered on the walls and our headboards.
Coffee was not made- had to ask for it both mornings. 1st time at 7am , 2nd day at 8:30am. No food prepared 2nd , everything had run out.

We visited from Texas and I have to say that the hotel is very clean from entering the building to your room. The elevators were very cleaned to. Now, it wouldve been nice to be told in advance or during booking that their pool is out of order. We were ready to enjoy their pool but bummer when we arrived. The fitness room was decent not the best but all equipment works. The staff was really friendly and serviceable. Their breakfast is good but basic breakfast like biscuits, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, and eggs. Their coffee was good! They have a small convenience store for late night snacks and drinks. Either than that, it was good! We would stay there again.

The room was very clean. We stayed for two overnights. The breakfasts each morning were excellent. First morning was scrambled eggs with Canadian bacon. Second morning was cheese omelets with potatoes and maple smoked kielbasa. Have never had those meats at hotel breakfasts.

The breakfast is great. The pool and gym are not operational and this was not noted when booking. Had to ask for clean towels and garbage was not removed from room each day. With the lack of amenities, $165 per night is steep and not worth it.

We stayed here simply for a hot tub and it is out of order and has been for months and the desk said you guys were aware. There are way cheaper hotels right next door we would have stayed at. Shame on you guys.
