The room was very dirty. Linens were clean but floor and walls were very dirty. Tub wouldn’t drain and the front desk said there was no way to fix it so they offered us another room on the second floor which would mean having to pack up and haul everything up the stairs. I asked if he could just try a plunger. Reluctantly he got one and it worked. Would not recommend this property.

The first night there was loud music blaring from nearby which was quite annoying until just after midnight. The bed in the room was comfortable which for me is the most important thing in a hotel.

Things were fine. Quieter in our room than we expected. Floor was terribly dirty! Left black on bottom of feet & shoes.

The property is dated but it is clean and that is hard to find in Reno NV

We were pleasantly surprised about this place. Yes, it is old, but it was comfortable and unexpectedly quiet. Water pressure was great We will stay here again

What a cute place. Simple amazing

The front desk guy was friendly. No attempt at real, reach out service. Everywhere outside reeked of urine! The hallways and stairs were even stained. A pressure washing and some pinesol would make a world of difference.

Staff is wonderful! Our room looked to be recently re decorated and looked fine. Bed was comfortable and room is big. In room coffeemaker, microwave and refrigerator all appeared to be new. Seems like some work to the outside too. Biggest issue was the floor in the room, which was extremely dirty. In hindsight, we should have told the front desk. That being said we stay there every year.

No place to hang clothes. Chairs and end tables need to be replaced. TV remote didn't work well

We got there earlier than expected and we allowed early check in. Only $10 Uber ride to downtown Reno where hotels were too expensive.

First floor room request was fulfilled. Hotel was very old and in poor condition. Decorated oddly. Floors were filthy- our feet turned black with dirt walking from the bed to shower- we had to wear flip flops in the room. Spiders crawling around and got a baby spider in my ear. Front desk management seem fine. $150 damage deposit required in event of room damage - could tell they have seen a thing or two here. Toiletries provided were nice. Towels were not absorbent to the point of feeling damp. Felt like the towels were coated with wax. Would not recommend and will not return. Bates Motel vibe here. Good online reviews are a cruel joke on travelers passing through town. Photos do not reflect the poor condition of the property.

Loved the location to the Nugget Casino and the Event center, we went for a concert. Staff was very friendly. The room we had was nice. Felt safe in the area and was good parking. Only downfall- we had two queen beds and no matter how you turned to sleep, they squeaked. So sleeping was a little hard as you heard the movement of others.

Cute little place with limited parking. Rooms are excellent for the price, just don’t miss the mandatory damage deposit. Overall a great place to stay on a budget.

Neighborhood is really bad. Greyhound station around the corner and tons of drugged out folks. Literally saw a man taking a dump in the parking lot at night. Avoid this place.

I’m only here on work so I just need a place to lay my head at night and this is the most reasonable and best hotel that I found for my budget

Older property dated but clean and few issues it is next to the fire department seems lots of firemen have Teslas

Not much around except gas stations fire department most food places are 1.2 miles away. This is a dated property but it’s clean most of the time the$150 deposit is a pain and I can’t see any reason for it considering the dated furniture and bathrooms etc

As always my stay is good. The staff here is very friendly. Lol even thou sometimes I am an angry lady

The sheets do not even stay in the bed. Spiders in the bath tub. Terrible.
