Although it’s the sign said no pets i There was dog hair all over my socks in a matter of minutes once I walked through the room. Coffee filter but no coffee pot. No hot water for the kitchen sink generally a poor day wouldn’t recommend.

The rooms were quite clean and we were pleased with the he stay. The outside look older but there have been inside renovations. No elevator but the stairs to the second floor were wide. Instant coffee and tea were provided near the entrance.

Very old and dirty looking. Looks like nothing has been updated in the last 100 years! The bed was the most uncomfortable bed and was squeacking with slightest movement even breathing.
Door did not lock from outside and the inside chain lock was removed.
I was so creaped out that I was not comfottable using the blanket.

The gentleman at check in was pleasant. The room was not. Hair in the bed, on the toilet and tub. McDonald’s fry bag taped to the ceiling of the bathroom, which had a bad mold smell. My phone charger fell out of the wall socket. Would not go there again, especially at the price you pay.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Swiss Village Inn. The room was spacious and comfortable and very reasonably priced for the area. I was especially impressed by the excellent service provided by staff who reached out to me to ensure I was okay after I missed my expected arrival time due to a road closure. They were helpful and responsive to ensure I safely made it into my room after hours. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying there and will stay here again when I return to the area.

Poor maintenence, very difficult to open the door with the door key, the blanket sheets were very rough like sandpaper, the floors were not clean, the air conditioning was noisy. The power sockets were very loose, the bathroom door was broken, the springbox of the bed needed to be replaced as it gave sounds when someone moves on the bed, no hairdryer. Very weird pillows-too small and soft. Poor quality of the toiletries and bath towels. No one replied to my message to the hotel if we can bring our dog. Many mosquitoes and flies around the area. However, it is very expensive in view of these poor conditions. Not worth at all!

Looked nothing like the pictures, the room smelled like cigarettes, the bathroom reeked of pee, the AC was super loud, the floors were super dirty I wiped it with a paper towel and it was black, and the bed was super creaky and sitting at an angle, could feel the spring in my back!!

Easy access to the room. Mattress beginning to show signs of age. Room air conditioner compressor had very excessive rattle at times to the point of wearing ear plugs. Beautiful location but we arrived late and left fairly early because we were passing through.

Don’t usually write reviews… The owner is nice, the property is run down even with recent renovations it seems. Upon arriving into the room it smelled like sweaty socks, had to air it out with the AC. The AC was so loud and on top of our bed so it vibrated the walls giving me a headache. Stayed two nights and could not sleep for the life of me on the first night. The people in the hotel are not mindful of how loud they are, the sound proofing is non existent as well.
Our tv didn’t work as well, we had to fix it ourselves. You have to manually lock the doors from the inside. There was hair on the towels, our beds had hair in it and what seems to be some dead skin. For the price it is ridiculous but I get that it’s in a good area, would only recommend if you are only staying a night.

We reached midnight and started back in the morning. So didnt spend much time. Rooms are clean and neat. Only thing tea or coffee was not in the room it was available only at the main floor. I felt it was bit pricy too.

I think it is more of a motel, and it was a little quirky, from the way the doors lock to a 2 person dinette where you had to move the couch to get to one of the seats.
The only issue I had was that there were stains on the sheets when I got in, but management was quick to give me fresh from the dryer sheets.
Location is very good being close to gas stations and restaurants if you actually want to walk around.
It was a bit of a time warp staying there but overall the unit was clean, the AC kept me nice and cool and the hotel staff was very friendly.

Not a good experience. Clean linens but the rooms were dirty. Bugs crawling around, a McDonald's wrapper taped to the ceiling, moldy smelling bathroom. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to stay in the Holiday inn across the street. Negative encounter with the front desk lady as well. Normally these type of things don't really bother me, but it was over the top with this place. I would never stay here again, I do not recommend.

Exterior needs some TLC. Room was clean, but bathroom door was broken. Old-style air conditioner was very noisy when on. Managers appeared to be trying hard but overwhelmed. Definitely not worth the ratte Expedia charged.

The rooms were newly renovated and very clean. Our stay was very quiet, comfortable beds. The area is away from anything touristy so we had to walk half hour or drive to restaurants and downtown.
