We had booked the Premier Suite for a 1 night stay in Da Nang. Although room is located right next to Han River

I would like to compliment Mr. Luu Tan Thinh (RIN) for his good service. I was dining at the dining area dining my two nights' stay at the hotel. On the morning of 25/11/2019, on my last day of stay, we had breakfast at the dining area as normal. I was at one of the food stations taking food. My son wanted me to carry him, and so I had to put my plate down. Mr Luu (RIN) saw me and he came by to help me take my plate of food and followed me around while I carried my son. I'm very pleased and feel appreciated to Mr. Luu for the help he offered me. He helps out at the kitchen preparing the food as a cook. But he is still serving the customers when he sees anyone who needed help. His service had exceeded my expectations! I hope there can be more staff like Mr Luu (RIN) who is customer-oriented. I enjoyed my stay here at Minh Toan Galaxy hotel and it's also my first visit here at Da Nang. The staff at the reception are also very friendly. I look forward to my next visit here. Location and great facilities. Resort feel in the middle of danang cbd. Short distance to major tourist attraction.

Excellent hotel for staying in Da Nang if youre with a family--theres an amusement park across the road from the hotel and its close to the airport. But its not that close to other tourist destinations like the Chohan Market and Dragon Bridge (theyre only a short car-ride away, I walked and it took me about 30 mins). The staff was excellent and very helpful! I had an issue with the WiFi in my room and it was fixed quickly. The only drawbacks are that the awesome pool on the roof closes at 8pm and the hotels location (not terrible, just slightly inconvenient). I used Grab bikes to get around and it was super easy for the drivers to find. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a single or family stay in Da Nang!

My wife and daughter spent our vacation in Da Nang. The Minh Toan Galaxy is located across the street from a nice amusement park. A short taxi ride to China Beach and if you like Sushi, there is an OUTSTANDING restaurant, called The Sushi Bar, a short walk down the street.We loved our stay and plan to return!

The hotel is very clean and the bedroom comfortable but the service is nothing like a four star hotel. The front office refused to change a large note for smaller change for taxis. There was no hot water coming through when I went for a shower. The safe had to be released for use, the kettle was non operational. All of these faults were fixed quickly I would add but we're not needed after a long journey .when we went to use the pool the attendant refused to move the sun shade and told us to sit elsewhere before going back to play on his phone in the gym area. The breakfast Buffett was not refreshed and looked very tired on our first morning and I would therefore not consider returning to this hotel

After checking out and ready to leave. 1 staff stopped our taxi said 2 mandarin in room were LOST, asked us to pay. We didn’t eat but had put them in fridge. That’s v mean and ridiculous. We never asked for fruit, why they put in room. This is like a trap. Most hotels in Asia have complimentary fruit plate. How much do 2 mandarins cost that need to stop the guests who are about to hurry to the airport even if the guests consumed them?

Good service so quick changed and to take me when I informed that has bad smell in the room, thank you very much EVERYONE, I will come back to stay Minh Toan Galaxy Hotel soon.

Hotel is very clean. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was very good. Room was nice and view was spectacular. Roof top pool was very nice. The only draw back is the location. It is a bit of a walk to the night time crowds but only a short can ride. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Very comfortable to stay in. The hotel hospitality were great.

There is no way this is a 4 Star Hotel, they even gave us second hand slippers! I was as close as I have ever been to leaving the hotel and going elsewhere

Clean room at a good location at an affordable price. Will recommend it to any business traveler or holiday visitor alike.

This time was second time we stayed here.Everything was ok. Only one thing I didnt like so it made me not feel comfortable: a few forks and spoons was not cleaning well on my table at breakfast area. I thought they hadn’t been washed

Staff really helpful and friendly couldn’t do enough to make our stay special
