I booked the hotel for my dad he loved it everyone there was so sweet they made him feel like home I will definitely recommend this hotel

The front desk was not as welcoming. The best thing about my visit was at the breakfast where the staff was extremely friendly and helpful .

The property was not too clean for the price. Outside was very dirty and noisy, smells all around. There was a lot of mosquitoes in my room.

the experience was good, but the breakfast, if you don't go quickly you won't get it, the customers won't let you get it, the breakfast is so good

No AC it super hot in this country The ac use just for 4 hours in middle of the night Last night no Ac at all I don’t sleep and I can’t live door open for fresh air cause of mosquito bite They really need some new management Who ever responsible are not doing there job This hotel is to nice to be like that it was my first and will be my last I just fall for the beautiful pictures online that’s why I choose it but worse service ever

Great experience

No Air conditioning, room very hot, muskitos, staff was not available when needed. No breakfast was ready until I left the hotel at 9.30 Am. The room was flooded during heavy rain. I was charged $224 for the night.

Clients should be aware that there are some basic stuff like potable water in quantity that is not available. But overall the service was good. Highly recommended.

I really like the safety, the breakfast menu and the server staff . But, the customer service needs to be rethought.

The room was full of mosquitoes because the balcony door was left open. Even though we left the AC on very low, the mosquitoes did not leave room. The room also smell stuffy.

This hotel is a very nice historic place, the staff is very friendly except the owner of the place who doesn't even greet her guests whole she's always around. Food choice is very limited. Rooms are clean but they don't offer iron and microwave.my room was just next to a canal and the smell was very disturbing. Our last night was crazy it rained the whole night when we wake up in the morning the room was flooded I'm glad we left early that day because this was insane

The hotel is beautiful & huge and it base on historic, the pool is nice breakfast is great I wouldn’t even talk bout the staff they’re awesome specially for camela in the front desk she’s a sweetheart I have nothing bad to say bout the hotel it was my husband first trip to Haiti and he enjoyed his self 10/10

I had a bad time, I didn't get hot water to take a bath, the wholesale service was not good for me

Good: I like the hotel very cozy and some of the staff were excellent specially the cleaning team Rocked. Good food opportunities: lunch or dinner are little expensive. We felt like we were spending more than the States. We can here all the noise’s from outside and other guests’ room. Other than that our stay was nice.

Great Stay for a quick trip to Cap-Haitien. Love the decoration and the service.

Likes: Conveniently located close to the strip of restaurants and bars. It has a restaurant and bar on premise. Free complimentary breakfast. Also the garden, grounds and pool area is nice. Dislikes: TOO MANY TO WRITE THEM ALL. Customer service is poor. There should be someone Bi-lingual working at the front desk at all times. Simple asks like borrowing an iron to iron clothes or a cup of ice seemed like an inconvenience when asked for. My Stay was for 6 nights but I checked out after 5 nights due to my experience. The sink was stopped up from the entire 5 nights even though I made many requests to have It unstopped. It took asking 4 different staffers and over 1 hour for someone to come to clean the pool that had a lot of debris and pollen in it while there is staff in plain sight standing around doing nothing. With this hotel It’s like if the person is hired to do one specific thing that is all they are going to do. I went to the lady at the front desk for a bottle of water because the bar was closed or closing. She left the front desk to find someone who works at the bar area to get me water when the bar was just a few feet away from her. There were so many other instances like this. I don’t normally write reviews like this but I am hoping that the management will see this and make some changes for a better customer experience.

Room was not convenient. There was no blind on the doors. no a/c, no water. Lights reflect inside the room and disturb me to sleep. It was a very bad experience for me.

Great oasis near the center of Cap Haitien. Staff goes above and beyond to make guests comfortable. We were there during a severe shortage of gas and numerous demonstrations. Somehow they kept the generator going most of the time (off in the afternoon). Owner was even able to find some cash for us, as ATMs and banks were not working. Safe and comfortable during a difficult time for Haiti. Would recommend!

The restaurant staff was very friendly but the maintenance is less than zero,every day there is no electricity from 3am until 7 am .
