We really enjoyed our stay in the appartment annex. I only knocked a couple of stars off 'condition and facilities' as there wasn't any coffee in the room, one of the bathroom cupboard panels was loose, a net curtain in the bottom bedroom kept falling down and the outside terrace light didn't work.
Also, the hotel hadn't automatically reserved a parking place for us and our stay was the middle stop of a drive from the south of France back to England. I think if this isn't done automatically, guests should be asked as parking is not easy in the centre of Beaune. The free car park we were told to go to, conveniently located opposite the appartment, was full so, we had to wait until someone left. This is also the reason for knocking one star off the otherwise excellent 'staff and service'.
But, that said, apart from the slightly tricky onboarding process, we really enjoyed our stay and now we know to ask for parking in advance, we would stay again.

The apartment was not as described in the offering: we booked it for 6 persons with the information that it offers two double beds and two single beds. The single beds did not exist, instead a sleeping sofa was offered. Furthermore there was just one separate room, another fact that was not communicated transparently. The "terrace" was not as displayed in the offering and not really cleaned. The water in the shower did not flow down well. No WLAN code was given to us. We would have never booked that apartment if we had all the correct information. Especially the missing single beds made our stay absolutely uncomfortable.

Terrible customer service!
Booked my room 2 months in advance but when i arrived they told me i had to stay at their annex, which was down the street. I reserved parking for 8 euros per day. But they told me to park in the public parking across from my building.
The annex was nice, but i had to carry three bags up a winding staircase through a maze of hallways and a few more stairways.
The room was nice, and i guess you get what you pay for.
Sorry to be so negative.

Good location to get to the Gare station. Nice hotel but no lift. The nice manager helped us get the luggage up the stairs. Close to a square full of restaurants. Good breakfast. Good room for four people.

Very lovely hotel. The hotel accommodated our 3-person party. A very short walk into the beautiful city of Beaune. The hotel has a very homey feel about it. The Hotel and breakfast come very much recommended.

WiFi didn’t work and not much willingness to rectify which spoilt an otherwise pleasant stay. Beautiful town.

Good option but the apartment does not have 2 doubles and 2 singles. It is 2 doubles and a double sofa bed. Fine but teenage kids had to share As fully booked were unable to provide a rollaway but did knock 10% off as a gesture.

Lots of stairs and windy hallways to get to room. But, room was comfortable, small, and warm. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was great. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had info about the city. Breakfast was very good. Centrally located between city center and train station.

This is a very cute hotel, with small but cozy rooms. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, with coffee and refrigerators. There was parking on site, which worked well, and the staff was helpful. The hotel was a short walk from the center of town, nicely located. I would recommend this to anyone coming to town.

We arrived from Colmar very tired and needed a room with a bath tub for Helen due to foot surgery, and were upgraded from standard room to the penthouse suite at no extra charge! The owners and staff were superb, will definitely recommend and stay again

Stayed only one night, but it was extremely suitable for a family of five. Two rooms next to each other and almost sound proof. Walking distance to the old city (10 minutes).
