It was amazing , wonderful area close to the center (8 min to dam) . You need to go to " De Hallen Hotel" for check in.

Very comfortable stay in a very spacious apartment in Amsterdam. We loved our stay at Apartments de Hallen. It was really easy to get everywhere via tram, bike, or walking. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable; the WiFi worked great; and they brought our bags up to our second floor room which was really nice. I can’t say enough positive things about our stay here. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Excellent appartment, good location for walking into Amsterdam or taking the tram. Appartment well equipped & beautifully furnished. Great service from the de Hallen hotel. Plenty of cafes nearby, not so many restaurants. Recommend Remise47 & de Hallen Foodhall. Remember to collect your keys from the de Hallen hotel.

the De Hallen Apartments are just as advertised - Great, easy checkin, held luggage for us, very friendly and accommodating. apartment is good size for 2, stayed 7 nights. the location is great, 2blocks to tram #17 which goes to Central, or easy transfers. 3 minute walk to the De Hallen Food Hall, lots of choices and small grocery store 2 blocks. Will stay again, in the Hotel, as probably not for as a long a visit.

It was our first time staying here, and the place did not disappoint: the staff were helpful and friendly; the property was astoundingly spacious; the location was vibrant and eclectic.

It was an amazing stay. It wasn't a first time here, but it did not disappoint. Both units were awesome, although one was a bit smaller than the other. They both have great amenities: a complete kitchen, spacious living area, a washing machine, two comfy rooms. The staff were friendly, and always went out of their way to help. Saying it's a home away from home is a cliche, but it's really true in this case: the place was somewhere you'd always want to go home to after a long day of exploring the city. The location was equally great: there's a food hall, cinemas, artsy shops in De Hallen; a string of commercial establishments along Kinkerstraat; and a vibrant street market in Ten Katestraat. Tram stops are just around the corner, so it's quite easy to roam around the city. If you want to live like a local, this is the place to stay.

This place was absolutely incredible!! We had a two bedroom for two of us and it was so clean and airy. I especially loved the heated floors in the bathroom! The kitchen was immaculate! I loved being where the locals were and the food selections near there were amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to see a more local part of Amsterdam!!!

Whilst we had some teething issues with some appliances in the apartment, the Hotel staff were excellent in resolving these issues. We rate accommodation and hotel 11 out of 10. The location is also excellent as the apartment is located right next door to the tram line. DeHallen Foodhall is a must place. Dave Van Den Dries

This apartment isnt for everyone - many steps - but if you like doing flights for fun - this place is outstanding! From Dora at check-in (check-out also), the fantastic cleaning, and thank you notes and tokens during the week - this apartment elevated our already beyond expectations trip.

A pleasant stay with almost all necessary amenties you want for daily living - washing machine with drying function, dishwasher, hairdryer, etc.. The staff are very helpful and responsive. Although the reception is a few blocks from the apartment, you can tell them what you need through email. But you have to be prepared to climb the stairs as the bedroom is one floor up. Can walk to central Amsterdam & most museums in the city within 30 mins.

We recently stayed for 9 nights. You have to visit the Hotel De Hallen (about 3 minutes walk away from the apartments) to checkin. The people at reception made us feel really welcome, and provided plenty of information as well as checking up on us in the apartment during our stay. The apartments are well laid out. There are no lifts in the apartment building so you need to be comfortable using stairs. The bed is super comfy. The room has underfloor heating and was really cosy, even during days when it was freezing outside. The kitchen was functional and we cooked several meals during our stay. An in room washer/dryer made keeping our laundry up to date easy. It was extremely quiet at night so sleeping wasnt an issue. WIFI was free and fast. There are numerous tram stops within a couple of minutes walk. A well stocked supermarket about 100 meters away. Vondel Park is an easy 10 minute walk. In summary a real gem in this beautiful city.
