I really thought the hotel was very clean and updated. The bathroom tile was loose by the shower, mold noted on the silicone around the tub. I also noted a large crack on the ceiling and moisture damage on the back or the bathroom door, the bathroom needed repair.

The room was a handicapped accessible room. The hotel was at capacity. The bed was not comfortable. It was too saggy. The furniture was worn and the dresser drawer had damage. The curtain in the shower was too short and water ran out onto the bathroom floor. The 2 towels they provided were very small bath towels and not absorbent. The very worst Holiday Inn Express I ever stayed at. The hotel desparately needs an overhaul.

Friendly staff, yummy breakfast and nice rooms. The only comment about cleanliness - bathroom was clean, but needed bleach for mildew stains in grout in tub. Overall, I would stay here again.

Our family met there for two nights. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the lobby area has space for families to gather. The kids loved the pool. The staff was great. We were very comfortable. This was our second time here, and probably won't be our last.

The check in was smooth and the receptionist was very kind. They had an amazing breakfast and entry area. Our bathroom was in poor condition with water damage on the bathroom door and wall. I found a dead bug next to my mattress, carpets were dirty, and we were finding hair and black stuff all over our bed. Despite the negatives, I would certainly stay here again.

Clean and accessible.Excellent breakfast and was kept clean and stocked. The lady that was doing so was very helpful and friendly. The dining room was very spacious and clean.
Needs Improvement: The shower had quite a bit of pink mold around the case of the shower. One area on the wall by the shower needs to be repaired.
The pool looked tired and paint was chipping and the bottom of the pool appeared to need resurfacing.

Great location and everything was clean. Breakfast was great, more than the basic hotel breakfast. We stayed on a Wednesday night but still saw quite a few people but didn’t notice extra noise from our room

I requested a room with 2 queens and got a room with a king and a hide-a-bed. We made it work. There was going to be 3 of us and ended up being 2.

My family had a five night stay at this location. The hotel was fine, but a few things could have been better. House keeping only showed up one time (the second day) to see if we wanted any service. The breakfast bar oven was broken so there were limited selections of hot food. If you like turkey sausage you were in luck. For some reason, at night time ,the TV in the room had an auto dim feature that made it really hard to see what was on the screen with no way to disable. Very firm beds.

Everything was great. Check in was fast, convenient parking, front end staff was great (Eva I believe her name was). Breakfast was good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with great pressure. Bathroom could use reno - cracked/blackened caulking in thd shower, basin s/b replaced in shower. The door to the first room we were given was coming off at the hinges - difficult to open and close - big security and fire escape hazard. The second room we were given wasnt supplied with sufficient towels for 2 people and clothes were still in the closet from a previous guest, so i wonder if the room had actually been cleaned. We did not receive housekeeping services on our second day. The continental breakfast was lacking, most offerings were empty and just not being replenished in a timely manner. Our room was prepaid but they ran it through our mastercard again and when questioned, they said it shouldnt post, but to call them back if it did. Really? This place has just declined in reputation over the last few years.

The property was clean, staff very pleasant and helpful. Impressed with water bottle stations and great ice machines. Comfortable beds and pillows. My only disappointment was no freezer compartment in the room fridges and insufficient towel hooks or bars, especially if utilizing pool facilities. We noticed paint peeling on back of bathroom door probably a result of wet bathing suits hung behind doors dripping on floor. Also a tripping hazard. Otherwise we would definitely stay there again, highly recommend. Thanks

Smoking hut near the front doors is a smelly turn off. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing & checking people in/out was an inconvenience. Plus they don’t seem to like guests who book with Expedia.

We called ahead to confirm our three room reservations and told them we wouldn't arrive until 1 am. We didn't want them to give our rooms away. When we arrived we had to wait for them to clean one of the three rooms. There also was not a full breakfast. We were told they’d only have cereals because they missed their delivery truck.

Grass was not cut and looked very unkept. Main area flooring was very soiled and needs to be cleaned. Exhaust fan in hotel room bathroom was very soiled and needs to be cleaned. Some moldy/rusty areas in bathroom near shower enclosure. Overall, was not impressed with this facility - my first time staying there. Not likely to return with so many other lodging choices in the area.

Booked this to stay the weekend in Fargo for a concert. Arrived and staff was helpful, upon telling him we booked so that we could also enjoy the hot tub, he laughed and told us the jets were not working. The hotel itself was clean, the pool area was clean, but rusted doors could use replacing. The breakfast was decent. Nice seating area. We were there on a weekend when there were several sports events in town, so several young children running in hallways at all times of the night, rooms were not very soundproof. Overall, it was a good hotel, clean rooms, nice pool area, better if the hot tub had worked. I am picky and I would certainly stay here again.

This was such a disappointing experience. The gentleman who checked me in when I arrived was cold, and generally unhelpful. The hallways were noisy with kids well past 11pm. The room was very noisy. Both the walls and ceilings were paper thin. I got around 4 hours of sleep as I could clearly hear whenever anyone rustled in the bed above my room, and the footsteps were extremely loud, even with earplugs in. Breakfast was very average, with many items missing at 8:30am (including coffee) while the staff were visibly standing around talking in the back room. This was not a cheap hotel, and I would not recommend.

Conveniently located just off of I-90, walking distance to a local mall where they have a plenty of dining options. The receptionist was pleasant and found me a room near where I parked my car as requested. The tv in the room must have been on management controlled timer (or to enforce quiet hours?) - it didn’t work/turn on until 6:00 am sharp. The vent fan in the bathroom is tied into the light switch a motion sensor - it would stay on for a while, be aware if you are a light sleeper or don’t want this feature. Overall, it was a good stay.

We enjoyed the breakfast & staff were busy refilling the buffet. (Nothing was empty very long) Staff were very friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. We would recommend staying here and plan it again in the future.
