This a smaller quaint but updated "resort". It's a very warm feeling property. It is a nice place to relax for a few days while in the Hamptons in the pool, on a hammock, in a swing chair, or playing some cornhole.

This motel is friendly but very "function over form".

Lovely, newly renovated property. Family-owned and really customer focused. The only thing is that the bathrooms and showers are quite small.

This inn was very cute and clean! The staff was kind and willing to help. The property was also very pretty. The only drawback is it is definitely nice to have a car because the inn is located near a busy road. Would stay again!

This is a second review after check out.
Pros: clean, available parking, breakfast included, pool, outdoor amenities( grill, lounge areas, access to beach (not direct, has to cross the street)). Plenty of towels in the bathroom with hair dryer and even a clothes steamer. Mini fridge in the room is great. Good location with easy access to everything.
Cons: breakfast available from 8:30, kind of late. The room is a lot smaller than the photos indicated, no closet only a rack with hangers and few drawers. Wi-fi is very weak, our tv was keep on disconnecting. Lights constantly flickering because of air conditioning power surge. The bed was squeaking so badly, that my husband and I was keep on waking each other up when the other one moved. Bathroom toiletries are super basic and the soap is awful smelling.
All in all this is a nice place to stay for short term. If you plan to stay longer, you definitely need to book a bigger room. The property is clean and well maintained with lot of beautiful trees and flowering bushes. Can’t say much about the staff, other than checking in/out, we had very little interaction. They were very pleasant then.

Wish the weather was a bit nicer but otherwise not a single complaint. Very attentive and communicative staff. Pool looked nice. View and landscape very nice. Very clean. Will definitely be back.

Very well kept grounds and modern rooms. The breakfast is an experience and staff is friendly & helpful. Enjoyed their pool overlooking the bay and their private beach. Company that deals with kayak rentals arrived in less than two hours of contacting them. Close to restaurants and activities. We will be back next year.

Rich who manages Office View was friendly, accommodating to all our needs He went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were comfy and clean. The area was beautiful.

We really enjoyed staying here! Check in was super easy and fast! The room was extremely clean and the beach is directly across the street! Only about a 15 mins drive to anything you may need! We definitely will stay here again!

The place looks unbelievable, rooms were renovated and a comfortable feel. Owners and property manager were welcoming and delightful. I would recommend this place to anyone and i will return myself, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful place. Great people and service. Did not like the local beaches. If rate is $250 or less it’s value for your money. More than that too much. The staff is great and super helpful.

This is my second summer in a row staying here. It’s a very comfortable place to stay - a short 5-10 minute drive to the beach (Ponquogue beach is the closest). They have a pool on site as well which is really nice for lounging around. There’s also a little private bay access across the street that’s very pretty. I briefly spoke with Penny, the owner, who is very friendly and accommodating. I would receive a text every morning asking if I needed any housekeeping which was very thoughtful and helpful. They would bring and accommodate anything I needed that day.
Make sure to ask for the beach pass so you can park at the beach parking lot, otherwise you’re not allowed without a permit and you’ll have to park far away and walk. They have a few to give to guests.
They have a small fridge, coffee machine, TV, good wifi and AC in the rooms. Rooms are clean and comfortable. You’re also within quick driving distance to the town center, restaurants and easy access to other Hamptons towns.
I would certainly come back here!

An amazing wonderful and relaxing stay. I brought my 87 year old aunt to spend some quality time with me and my daughter. CIt was the perfect get way!!!

We were first given a very small room. There was a faulty toilet in the room that overflowed two different days. The second overflow happened at 12:30 at night. We did have the owners come out that night and move us to another room for two more nights. That room was larger and the toilet didn’t overflow. We applaud the owners for their speedy care and apologies. However, we will not choose to stay there again.
