Hotel was far from full, but was given a handicap room. Room looked like it was in the middle of a renovation. Pictures attached. Couch area with no coffee table or and tables. Staring at an empty wall with holes in it from something taken down. Between bedroom area and living room area was a place where a TV once was, Empty with connection holes still there. Pics attached. Wanted a bottle of water, went downstairs and found out they wanted $5.00 for a bottle of water. Cold front desk personnel. Would not recommend this hotel at all. Bed was VERY FIRM and had a stiff back in the morning. No USB ports anywhere.

The hotel was very nice and clean! Over all I was really impressed. The breakfast was very nice. The shower had Dove product that smelled really clean and fresh. It was nicely decorated and clean. Only one complaint.. the pillows were not my favorite. The mattress was wonderful.

Beware if you book with a third party. They automatically charge you $150 deposit then tell you it will take 3 to 5 business days for refund. They did not refund my $150 due to incidentals that I not agreeing with. The front desk people very polite but say I’m just the front desk I can’t refund the money so they give you email to general manager and still have not heard back after 2 emails. So they have my $150.

The hotel was clean and in good shape. But with all tile floors and large gaps under the doors it was one of the loudest hotels I’ve stayed at. Bring some earplugs.

Was told refrigerator normal operational setting was near room temperature by staff, could not keep drinks cold. Wi-Fi did not work, thankfully I had hotspot to finish my PowerPoint for my presentation the following day. Rooms are in serious need of refurbishment and this coming from someone that does not leave poor reviews.

The General Manager never works. I had reserved a room and prepid for my parents because my dad was having surgery. The dr office called the morning before to reschedule. We started contacting the hotel. Was told I would need to send an email requesting either a date change or a refund. This was on the 19th of August. It is now the 31st and i have not heard from the GM. I contacted Expedia and they have been trying to talk with the GM. Still have not heard anything. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I could understand if this was a decison on my end but the have a surgery rescheduled is beyond my control.

Fragrance in the lobby was unfortunately overwhelming and prevented me from eating breakfast in the lobby and fragrance even seeped into the room causing a migraine. I realize I am sensitive to scent but I’ve never been in a hotel where I couldn’t eat breakfast due to an overpowering fragrance

We had a handicap room with walk in shower. The shower wouldn't drain fast enough and water was running out under the bathroom door. Front desk gave me towels, maintenance was gone for the day.
Blow dryer didn't work, had to go to front desk and get another one.

Easy check in. Staff was great. We hung out by the pool, very nice and clean. Room was great all around. I would definitely stay again. Also in a nice quiet neighborhood.

It's the little things that makes a difference. Location was great but did not know it was being remodeled. Key card was not properly charged so had to get someone to redo it. Room door closer needs to be adjusted so the door closes and locks the door. The loner there the more disappointed.

The room was great, cold air, great shower and breakfast was very good. But get a room that doesn’t face Loop 323. The hotel is situated at an intersection and hot rod drivers use the green light as the starting line for drag racing! LOUD! Not really the hotel’s fault but it went on till past midnight off and on. Other than that a really nice hotel. Would stay again but not facing the Highway! Lol

Check in process was quick and easy, same with check out. I liked the ability to tell them via text when we planned to leave. I’m sure this helps with room turnover times. Breakfast was great, with options for everyone. Room was clean and nicely remodeled. There was construction going on at the property, but it did not affect us one bit. Also BIG plus, they have a wide variety of Blue Bell ice cream for sale!

The check-in was very good. Front desk polite. There was remodeling going on so the hallway was dusty and doors prepped for painting.
The pillows felt like wads of firm yarn balls in a bag and the bed was not as soft as we have had at other hotels.
The shower water took about 5 minutes to come out hot and was tricky to get it tempered.
Breakfast had a good selection but the orange juice was definitely watered down.
I would not stay here again.

It smelled so good inside the hotel and felt very clean. I am glad I chose that hotel for 2 separate nights for our road trip on the way to and from our destination. Would recommend!

If it weren’t for the cleaning lady that banged on the door repeatedly at 9:30am , this location would be given 5 stars.
If checkout is at 11am. NO STAFF should be knocking on guests doors before then. It’s rude and makes guests feel rushed
