The stay was better than l thought. I never heard of it before so l was sceptical and l have allergies so l had concerns about it being pet friendly. However, we really enjoyed ourselves and it was actually quiet. I saw reviews about the train but it didn't run at all during our trip.

The hotel was nice and the room was clean. Bed was comfortable enough. Heard some train noise all night but nothing terrible.
We couldn't get our tv to work but we were only there over night so didn't really worry about it. The shower was nice but there were bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but two of the three bottles were empty.
We had a wonderful view of the sunrise in the morning!

From the moment we stepped into My Place in Cheyenne we felt welcome. Hotel is extremely clean. Beds were great, thermostat worked perfect. But the kicker, the TV channels were amazing. We had like 200 of them! We visit family out here ofter, wont ever stay anywhere else now when we visit Cheyenne

It was nice, clean, comfortable and affordable. The room had a kitchenette which we didn’t use but is a great option at a great price. It was simple and clean which is exactly what we wanted. Nice staff too!

Great stay. No breakfast but the rooms had a kitchen-leaned from time before and just brought breakfast to make that morning. Grilled on their equipment that night. Works great. Stayed the weekend prior. D rebooked due the stay prior-and would stay again.

What a wonderful hotel!
The man at the front desk (Bryan) was soooo funny. My friend and I had driven 850 miles and we were quite tired, but then Bryan welcomed us to the hotel and made us laugh with his humor. What a wonderful man!
Before we went to our room, Bryan gave us the number to a local sub sandwich shop that delivers and told us if we needed anything , please don’t hesitate to ask. Best customer service ever!!
Oh my goodness…..the beds were so comfortable and we had a restful nights sleep ( my friend said “ best pillows at any hotel she’s ever stayed in”).

Wasn’t expecting very much from this hotel but was definitely and pleasantly surprised. Staff was great, rooms were super comfortable and amenities were great

Good hotel and good price. No breakfast, had coffee and tea. Had a grill on site to use for guests which we took advantage of. No pool-but didn't want to swim anyway. Rooms were good, kitchenet available and clean. Beds were good, pillows were ok-may want to bring your own. We liked it enough to book it again the next weekend. Would stay again!

Good value considering the competition. Staff was very friendly and accommodated an early check-in. Train noise didn’t bother us much until 6 a.m. whistling. The main issue was that the A/C never really cooled the room to a comfortable level (we were there in summer and are normally comfortable around 73 degrees). It also made some noises overnight that made it challenging to sleep. If the A/C worked well the hotel would be a winner in our book.

We checked in and were told if you smoke in the room it will be $300, the first room we walked in smelled of smoke so bad that we requested a different room. I hope those people were charged the $300. In the new room, the furniture was dusty and the bathtub was dirty.

No sign, perhaps it was broken because of a storm. The rooms were super clean, the bed very comfortable. Close to highway and train tracks, so some external noise, but not unbearable. I would stay again.

Non working AC unit resulted in uncomfortable room, only an hour of constantly interrupted sleep. Total lack of care, concern, apologies by check out clerk.

First time ive been in a hotel that had no elevator. Granted we were only on the 2nd floor, still after a long day behind the wheel, the stairs were a killer.
